Welcome to your classic Sunriver getaway—where comfort, charm, and plenty of space make it the perfect home base for your next family adventure. Tucked beneath the pines, this inviting cabin blends rustic warmth with thoughtful amenities, starting with the cozy living room featuring vaulted ceilings, a crackling wood-burning fireplace, and ample room to relax after a day on the trails or slopes.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook up family favorites, and the adjacent dining room is ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to game night feasts. On the main level, you’ll find a spacious king ensuite with a private full bathroom—ideal for parents or grandparents looking for a little retreat. Also on the main level are two queen bedrooms that share a full bath.

Head upstairs to find a loft with 6 built-in twin beds perfect for kids, cousins, or best friends. There's also a bonus room that doubles as a game space or a quiet corner to catch up on work (if you must).

While cable on TVs is not available, guests can enjoy a wide variety of streaming services for indoor entertainment.

Step outside to soak under the stars in the private hot tub or fire up the gas BBQ for summer dinners on the deck. With bikes provided, it’s easy to explore Sunriver’s miles of paved trails, hit the SHARC center, or cruise to the Village for treats and shopping. Perfect spot for teen fun

Brought our daughter and 6 of her friends for her 14th bday and this house was perfect! Everything we needed and more beds than we knew what to do with. The upstairs loft area is perfect for 6 kids. They had a great time and we enjoyed sitting around the large table with them, hanging out and taking walks from the house.

Women's retreat success

Aside from a few small shortcomings like a broken handmixer and a lack of soap and firestarters the place was exactly as expected and made for a wonderful retreat. From all the walking opportunities to the deer we watched outside the living room window, it provived the perfect ambiance for quiet reflection.

The kids enjoyed the brand new hot tub. There was a couple of issues with the washing machine leaking but the ladies at Bennington properties handled the situation amazingly. They were accomidating, friendly, helpful, and kind. They really made us feel like the cared about our comfort. We would recommend this property to other couples wanting to enjoy family time with kids, friends, family, and dogs.

Great Family Retreat

I had my family of 5 and wife's sisters family of 6 stay here. The kids loved all the beds upstairs and all the places to play or color or just hang out. Very much enjoyed the hot tub after the events we were there for (dancing) Any questions we asked were answered almost immediately. Great stay!

Overall, the property was fine. I was very impressed with the management company as they were able to address a couple of minor issues very quickly. The deck in the back needs some work though as some screw heads are poking up above the wood.

Family get away

Great location to ride bikes into town. Enough room for our large family(6 adults, 6 kids) with 3 bedrooms downstairs and 6 beds upstairs for the kids! Our only thought would be to have a better organized kitchen. Over all it was a great stay and the rental company was very easy to work with.
