Large house divided into two apartments in the quaint village of Chianni. Ideal for visiting the most beautiful cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra ... The village of Chianni is surrounded by beautiful hills and woods. In the village there are nice restaurants, bars and shops.
Excellent relaxing holiday.

The house consists of two apartments:
Apartment "Vitalba" (4 persons)
It is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with shower.

Apartment "I Gulfi" (6 persons)
It is located on the second floor and consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with fireplace and kitchen, a large terrace, a bathroom with shower.

Parking is along the street in front of the house.
We offer our guests the one free access to the large public pool of Chianni, situated in one of the most scenic spots in the country, about 1,5 Km from the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful Tuscany Location

My daughter and I had a wonderful time during our stay here. Leandro is an amazing host and great communicator. We highly recommend this location which was a quaint town close to so many destinations.

What a fantastic little apartment in the most beautiful little town of Chianni! We experienced the most lovely authentic Tuscan holiday during our time in an authentic adorable apartment. Leandro was a wonderful host and remained in constant contact for any questions or concerns. We cannot wait to visit and hopefully stay here again.

Charming village house in the Tuscan hills

We would like to warmly recommend this accommodation. We were well looked after and welcomed by our host, Leonardo and the accommodation was comfortable, spacious, clean and homely with a well equipped kitchen and patio access. Chianni is a picturesque village with a lot of charm and access to a grocery store, bars and restaurants. Chianni is perfectly located when you want to see beautiful landscapes and villages and towns. We managed Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Siena, Many thanks Michael and family.

Tuscany was beautiful. Pictures do not give it justice. You have to see it with your own eyes.

The property was exactly as advertised and more. So much to see. It felt like home. The owner was warm, generous and welcoming. He was very helpful in setting up trips to places especially Venice. Any issues we had he was right there and solved them. If anyone is considering this place do not hesitate. The village was welcoming as well. We enjoyed the bakery a few meters away. A butcher shop oh and the wine of Tuscany.

Beautiful, magical stay in Chianni

Wonderful stay in this beautiful Tuscan hilltop medieval town. We stayed in the upper floor apartment, although had the whole house to ourselves. This was ideal for us as we had access to the terrace for our two dogs. Leandro was so hepful, both before our arrival and during our stay. He even helped to find us a local vet who spoke English. We would wholly recommend staying here and Chianni was so pretty. Everyone we met was so friendly and very dog friendly. Everything you could want within walking distance, shops, bars and restaurants and even wine and olive oil tasting. Plus great for exploring this part of Tuscany. Thank you Leandro and your lovely neighbours. X

Quelles merveilleuses vacances à Chianni!Le propriétaire Leandro est très accueillant et les habitants de Chianni très sympathiques. Le village est vivant, mêlant gens du coin et touristes de passage. Nous avons adoré !La maison est très agréable à vivre. Il y a la piscine municipale non loin, permettant de se rafraîchir à l'envie. Et il y a tant de villes et villages à découvrir... Merci Leandro !!!

Idéalement située, cette grande maison est à la fois confortable, bien équipée et pleine de charme, offrant un cadre calme et reposant. L’accueil chaleureux de notre hote Leandro, accompagné de ses précieux conseils, a ajouté une belle touche à notre séjour.Le village de Chianni est un endroit authentique où l’on trouve une supérette proposant une excellente sélection de charcuteries, des bars, une pizzeria et une petite boutique spécialisée dans les pâtes italiennes à emporter. Le marché du jeudi soir ainsi que les autres commerces du village renforcent son caractère convivial et agréable.Dans l’ensemble, tout est réuni pour un séjour parfait. Een leuk authentieke vakantiehuis met 2 apparte verdiepingen

Het verblijf was heerlijk. Zee op 45 min afstand en zwembad op 15 min lopen. Met verschillende restaurants op loopafstand en een kookservice van Poala waar je vanalles kon bestellen s morgens en s avonds warm ophalen. Heerlijk rustig dorpje Chianni. Alle Informationen, die Sie benötigen, finden Sie hier. Nachdem Sie Ihre Augen gepeelt haben, benötigen Sie weitere Informationen über Ihre Gesundheitsbedürfnisse. Alle Schönheiten der Toskana, Pisa, Florenz, 5 Terre, Lucca und viele andere Dinge sind nur 50-80 Autominuten entfernt. Leandro, der Gastgeber, ist eine unglaubliche Person. unglaublich herzlich! Sein Empfang war wunderbar, er ist ein absoluter Gentleman. Er bot uns auch seinen handgemachten Wein an. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und schön. Und doch ist der Preis erschwinglich. A 1h de tous les lieux important d' italie

Grande maison avec terrasse et moustiquaires. Wifi pour lrs jeunes. Communication excellente, propriétaire au petits soins pour nous. A 1h de pise, Florence, sienne, la mer.... Seul bémol parking insuffisant mais ça c'est tout le problème de italie. Merci pour votre accueil.

Ciao Leandro, abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza a casa tua. La casa è così arredata con cura. Un sacco di cose personali, belle foto e uno sguardo al passato. Accommodations were perfect. An honor to stay in a family home with so much history. Leandro and the rest of the community were welcoming and made us feel not as tourists but as new members of a close community.

Chianni is a small villiage and located in the heart of Tuscany. If someone want to touch the sense of Tuscany, it is a good place. But it would be difficult without car. The holiday home is located in the central town. There is no direct parking places, but one can find free parking places near the home. Mr. Leandro Gherardi is a very nice and heartwarming person. It was our pleasure to meet him. We felt comfortable during the staying. Highly recommended!

Besser hätte Weihnachten nicht sein können

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt in chianni. Leandro ist ein sehr sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Da unsere Anreise sehr lang war hatte er nachts auf uns gewartet, um uns noch alles wichtige in dem Ferienhaus gezeigt. Am nächsten Tag gab es eine kleine Führung durch das Dorf, es wurde uns gezeigt wo man einkaufen, etwas trinken oder auch essen gehen kann. In einem ausführlichen Brief gab uns Leandro noch Tipps für Tagesausflüge, viele davon haben wir auch gemacht, für alle war unsere Zeit in Chianni leider zu kurz. Chianni ist ein total schönes, gemütliches, italienisches Dorf, man hat den Eindruck jeder kennt jeden, es wird sich freundlich auf der Straße gegrüßt. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Aussichtspunkt über die Toskana neben der Kirche und wenn man von der Unterkunft die Straße hoch geht hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Tondächer Chiannis. Die Unterkunft war bestens mit allem was man so fürs kochen, schlafen, leben braucht, ausgestattet; es hat uns an nichts (außer Zeit :D) gemangelt. Rundum hätten unsere Ferien über die Weihnachtszeit in Italien nicht schöner sein können und wir sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden Leandros Ferienwohnung gefunden zuhaben.

Toller Kurzurlaub in preiswerter Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub Anfang September in dieser Wohnung. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist toll und die Luft sehr sauber. Das Parken war etwas umständlich. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele gegeben.
