Downtown Penthouse With Terrace, 1/2 block from Main St in the heart of downtown

100 W. Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

    We loved the penthouse. So clean, quiet and an amazing location to everything in uniquely beautiful Greenville. The downtown is less than a block away, with tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. The location to Falls Park on the Reedy was a huge plus. Walked the beautiful Park every day. Would definitely rent this unit again.

    The location is FABULOUS!! And everything you need is in the unit. It is one of the more fully stocked kitchens I have seen in regards to supplies for cooking/eating! Hosts are easy to communicate with. Having the deck is a beautiful option to sit outside with morning coffee or evening drinks. Very quiet building and area.

    Lovely Apartment Near Pretty Much Everything

    Well-appointed and well-located, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Greenville. The Reed River Falls were nearby, providing a lovely backdrop for a picnic lunch. Plus, there were a variety of restaurants within walking distance from the door.

    Why they chose this property

    Our daughter attended Furman University which introduced us the area. After graduating she took a job as a 3rd Grade teacher and has since married. After she and her husband married we were sure that Greenville would be their home for years to come. We love the area and especially the charming downtown area. We have been looking for a part time home in Greenville for a couple of years and were recently lucky enough to find our perfect spot. Court Street Condos have a lot of character and ambiance. We look forward to making many happy memories here.

    What makes this property unique

    One special feature about our condo is the large terrace for entertaining or just enjoying alone. We located on the top floor and the terrace is very private and quite rare for a downtown condo.
