Ótima localização

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos neste apartamento. A localização é excelente, e o edifício/condomínio é excelente. Tem 3 piscinas com vigilância e guarda noturno. Quanto ao apartamento, a cama e o sofá cama são confortáveis, tem uma boa varanda, Internet, Smartv e Ar condicionado. Este ano colocaram nova cabine de duche, o que foi ótimo! Está bem equipado, faltando apenas o exaustor para eliminar o cheiro dos cozinhados. Pode-se alugar lugar de estacionamento com reserva prévia. Quanto ao atendimento, o Eduardo esteve sempre pronto a ajudar e a simplificar todo o processo. Colocar um toldo na varanda. Apenas tem um guarda sol, mas não é suficiente pois o calor é bastante, principalmente na hora do almoço. O ar condicionado é novo, mas a saída da água tem de ser retirada constantemente pois não tem canalização devida.

Appartement très bien situé sur la playa de Levante et avec une terrasse plein sud et bien ensoleillée . Par contre le wifi communautaire ne fonctionnait pas dans l'appartement.
