Agios Nikolaos Beach Villa / Direct Access to the Beach!

The villa “Agios Nikolaos” is a luxurious villa, built of the traditional materials like rock and marble. It combines Cretan architecture with modern Greek, offering all the comforts that travellers demand from their holidays.

It may accommodate up to 7 people and it consists of the main house and one independent apartment.

The main house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a single space room that combines a living room, dining room and a kitchen. In front of the living room a veranda extends with a huge private swimming pool which has an immediate view of the beach. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub and one bedroom with double bed and a balcony with view of the mountain.

Going up to the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The one bedroom has a single bed and a veranda with a view of the mountain, while the other room has a queen-size double bed with a veranda and views of the swimming pool, the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos.

All the bedrooms have television, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The living room has also television and air-conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room there is a washing machine.

Considering the independent apartment, it includes 1 double bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is a working desk in the lounge area, where someone can work independently without being interrupted by the rest guests. Lastly, fitness equipment is available in a separate space, in case that the guests would like to exercise themselves.

In front of the main house extends the swimming pool (with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos) with an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture and dining area .

The stone path of the villa starts from the swimming pool, and leads directly to the beach. Around the villa there is a wonderful garden in harmony with the natural environment with beautiful flowers and trees. In addition there are two parking spots.

The villa “Agios Nikolaos” is a unique seaside holiday destination. It combines the peace and quietness of the countryside with the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the city of Agios Nikolaos. Its visitors can relax, have fun and enjoy their escape from the daily routine.

Lovely villa but AMAZING location

Had a wonderful week at this lovely villa. The owner Mr Antonis couldn’t be more kind and helpful and made us very welcome. But the location is beyond compare. A gate from your pool takes you to a few steps which leads straight down to Almyros beach (sand). The sunrise from the beach is a sight to behold. Highly recommended.

Fantastic property near a charming town with friendly locals, good restaurants and shopping. Separate quarters on the property add to the already significant privacy. Pictures tell the story. Don't miss this experience. Great communication with/from the property managers If you're coming from the US the washing machine will amuse.

The beach of Almyros is the most popular beach of Agios Nikolaos with a “Blue Flag“ and is organized with water activities.

It combines the cosmopolitan atmosphere of a worldly resort and the peace and quie of an environment of special natural beauty.
