The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all furnished and decorated to your comfort and unforgettable vacation in Florida, the Sunshine State.

The decoration is inspired in different places all around the world to add to your vacation some fun and relaxing time.

Accommodations include one king sized master with a crib and changing table, two queen sized beds, one children bedroom with a bunk bed where may sleep up three, completely decorated with under the sea theme, what makes parents life much easier at bed time.
Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable television.

There is a blu-ray and more than 70 movies available in the living room as well the DVR to record all the shows you do not want to miss while you are having fun all day along.

To those who like a good reading, there are many books in English, Spanish and Portuguese in the house.

The kitchen has been equipped with all the conveniences for easy meal or fine dining preparation for those who choose to cook rather than visit the many restaurants located just minutes away.

The kitchen offers a blender, coffee maker, sandwich and waffles maker, mixer, toaster and much more what makes easier the preparation of special meals.

To families which are traveling with babies, we know how hard it is to carry everything they need! So, to make traveling easier, the house offers as courtesy to use while you are staying there: a crib, a changing table, a diaper disposal garbage, a high chair, a boost seat and a stroller that can be taken to the parks as well. In the kitchen you will find baby plates and spoons.

All the 3 bathrooms are equipped with blow dryers.

The garage is a game room with a billiard table, tennis table, foosball table and many other games as basket ball and soccer goal to the little ones. You may also do your laundry while you are playing with your family!
Inside the house you will find a closet full of table games for all ages.

There is no staircase in the house what makes vacation easier to people with some special needs. Only the regular size door steps in the entrances but there are ramps available in the garage for guests with mobility limitations.

To heat the pool / spa, it is necessary make arrangements and pay the extra fees.

Crystal Cove community is a gated area, with a beautiful lake where you can watch the sunset with you loved ones. It also offers guests a large clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool, a fitness center, communal kitchen and games room.

There are many things to do in the area such as visit the theme parks, enjoy the dining opportunities, go shopping, spend an afternoon golfing or drive to the coast to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Crystal Cove guests will enjoy its close proximity to Lake Toho, dining, shopping and entertainment.

Perfect villa

This Villa is in a great location for getting to the parks. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely, we paid for pool heating and the pool was a perfect temperature. Kenia is a great host, really clear instructions and very prompt in responding to any questions. Villa has everything you need, she’s thought of everything! Thank you so much for a perfect villa for our special family holiday.

Amazing Villa

We were lucky enough to stay here for 3 weeks in October. From the moment we walk in the place felt like home. The villa has everything you could want to make your stay 5*. If you are travelling with a baby there is all the stuff you will need from cribs, highchairs to strollers. The pool and hot tub are so good after a long day in the parks. The location is fantastic for Disney and Universal. The gated community is so quite, well kept and feels safe. Kenia is a great host. Communications are excellent and she goes out of her way to make your stay one to remember. If we are ever fortunate enough to come back to Florida we won't be looking any further than this villa.

Excellent, well positioned property for all the parks. Highly recommended.

We are a family of 6 and stayed in the property for 10 days over Easter. It is well positioned for the parks, Walmart and restaurants. The villa is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped, including a games room and a great, private pool. Kenia is a superb host, very helpful and keen to make sure you have a excellent holiday. Thoroughly recommend this property and owner.

Amazing property & wonderful host

I can't recommend Kenia's property enough! We travelled from the UK as a party of 5 adults and 1 baby and the villa was so spacious, it had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home for the 2 weeks we were visiting. Everything in the villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and it even catered for the baby - including a cot, change table, strollers, high table, you name it, it had it. The kitchen was well stocked including utensils for the grill, which we used regularly. The pool area was a good size and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day in the theme parks was just the cherry on the cake for us. Kenia was the most attentive host we could have asked for and was in regular contact throughout the entire booking process and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a power outage in the area during our stay and within minutes of contacting her, Kenia had rang someone to find out what had happened and how long it would be off for. Kenia thank you for making our stay so wonderful and for allowing us to use your beautiful home :) We hope to be back soon!

Amazing!

we had an amazing stay at Kenia’s house! When we arrived there was a pleasant surprise waiting for us: the house was fully decorated for christmas! This did the job: we immediately felt at home. Our toddler found the kids bedroom and loved it. More often than not did we have to look for her, only finding her silently playing in ‘her’ bedroom. This house had everything we needed. It was very spacious, had all the equipment we needed in every room (especially in the nursery!) and was very clean and cosy decorated. The only thing I could use extra was a bigger drying rack for clothes, since I don’t like to use the dryer for everything. Nice quiet location, not too far from Disney, restaurants and supermarkets. Kenia was an excellent host. Would definitely recommend this house, especially for families with small children!

Super villa with all you could ever need

Our extended family had a truly brilliant stay in October 2018. Kenia kept in touch and kept us up-to-date with any matters arising. The home itself has a brilliant layout, is incredibly comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. We would definitely recommend this property and Kenia.

What a find!

As much as I am loathe to write this outstanding review (as I want to keep this gem to myself!), I owe it to the lovely Kenia to tell you how wonderful this villa really is. We are seasoned renters and with two children aged 5 and 7, like to have the extra space and amenities a villa provides. This was a fabulous place, which had everything you could possibly need for your stay including a medical kit (we needed band aids one day), games, plenty of books, all kitchen utensils, plenty of plastic plates cups etc for by the pool and a great games room with washer/dryer. It is also on a quiet gated community 5 minutes from the US192 and around 15 minutes from the Disney world parks - we were able to pop home from the parks for a rest or to get changed very easily and it was a great location for easy access to plenty of restaurants and Walmart/Super Target. The pool was loved by all and we spent many a happy morning, afternoon and evening there. There were plenty of towels, bedding and little things like spare toilet paper, washing liquid and trash liners which you don’t always get. And the real clincher for us was Kenia - what a fantastic owner who genuinely cares about her guests. She kept in regular contact in the lead up to our holiday, checked on us when we arrived and when we had an issue with the a/c, was round to sort within a few hours. Such a lovely, warm, kind owner - thank you so much for having us, we will certainly be back!

We could not have picked a more perfect stay!!!

"PERFECT".... could I please start with there being two reviews, our 1st review I would like to say about Kenia's villa home, there were six adults staying at the villa and everyone wanted to stay longer "when can we come again" and," I don't want to leave" was said by everyone as well as a few tears. The villa was very modern and spotlessly clean and fresh with everything you could need cable tv in every room on flat screen tvs, the guys loved the pool table in the garage, chill out time at night, the ladies loved the warm nights with their toes in the heated pool at night, BBQ whenever you needed it ( if you can pull yourselves away from theme parks and beautiful national reserve parks), the location for theme parks were very close and easy access, Walmart ( x2) are very close less than 5 mins away but you still get the feeling of being so private and quiet in the gated community. ok could I please tell you about our experience of the owner Kenia Kopitar..... we were always updated on any help we needed while we was there, and on on our last couple of nights we needed that help as we had to deal with someone becoming very unwell that we knew in another community, Kenia was there to help and she had access to her church community(thank you) and gave us options immediately if we needed to stay any longer, the support we received was overwhelming, the most thoughtful of people..... "THE STAY WAS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!

Superb house for a Florida vacation

Having read other glowing reviews we had high expectations that this would be a fantastic property, and it turned out just so. We are a family of four so we had lots of space and didn't even use one of the bedrooms during our 2 week stay in August 2016 The house is spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we self catered most evenings after exhausting days in the various parks. More than enough towels and linens are supplied, we also opted for a mid-stay clean which brought the house back to "show house" status as we found it The deposit was refunded promptly on departure, typical of our fantastic host who was always available to answer a question when required but also happy to leave us alone to enjoy our vacation I was concerned that keeping garbage in the garage / games room would be unpleasant and smelly given the Florida summer heat, given that collection is once a week, but this turned out not to be the case The nearest Publix supermarket is maybe 5-10 minutes drive, with a nicer one 10-15 minutes away. You do need the car to leave the secured estate where the house is based, the benefit is that it is very quiet, we heard no noise at all in the time we were there There really are no negatives to this house that we found, we would be more than happy to stay again on a future visit to the Orlando area. The location is really good for Disney / Seaworld (15-20mins) and a little longer for Universal In summary, this was a perfect home for us for two weeks, with great attention to details from the host. I particularly like the way the alarm system is personalised for each occupancy, enhancing the security of the property - just one of the attentive details You can certainly book this house safe in the knowledge it will enhance your trip as it did ours!

Stress Free Vacation

Perfect Stay

This home is well cared for and convenient to all attractions. Everything that you might need for days at home or lounging by the pool are stocked and in great condition.Kenia provided all of the needed details from booking, checking in, and checking out. Exceptional Hostess and Home

The listing for this property was very accurate. The house was beautiful and clean, and the hostess was very responsive. The house was stocked with dishes, bakeware, and anything else you could think of. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. I would definitely recommend as an amazing vacation hotspot and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful hostess and home

The listing for this property is very accurate, and Kenia herself is very kind and communicative. It was spacious and clean,she gave very detailed information on the house,how to use things,what to do etc.,&always replied as quickly as she could if I had any questions. The house itself is very well appointed,anything that you might need for the first few days,minus food,is there. Very child friendly,complete with baby gear,sippy cups,potty seats,children’s flotation devices for the pool,numerous toys in both the kids room and for the pool. She pays very close attention to details. The beds were comfortable,there are numerous board games,movies and books to keep one occupied,it was just generally a very nice place to come home to after a long day trekking the theme parks,my youngest was actually very upset he didn’t get more time to just stay in the house,because of course he absolutely loved being able to swim in December. What’s more…she accepts pets,there are rules and guidelines you need to follow naturally,but being a family with furries,it can be incredibly hard to find somewhere that will accept them when they aren’t a toy sized breed. I highly recommend this home,and for myself personally,my family would choose this house again once we return for Disney.

Best stay ever

This is the nicest, most well equipped rental we have ever had. It was impeccably prepared and extremely orderly and clean. It was really a pleasant stay and we were sorry to leave. We found the neighborhood comfortable and convenient to local attractions. The drive to the theme parks was quick. Nearby restaurants and shopping were perfect for meeting any needs we had. Our host was attentive and cared that we were having a good experience. I felt like a valued guest. We will definitely rent this home again. Totally what we needed for a great trip. We’ll be back!

Perfect family trip

We had a party of 6 for my husband's 50th birthday. Our (2) adult children and their spouses had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, with privacy for all + common areas (huge living and kitchen areas). The pool area was great! Safe area and lots to do.

22-27 September Disney/Universal Studio Visits

This is a superb location for all of the venues in the Orlando FL area. There are plenty of markets and pharmacies within 4 miles of the house. We were there during the Hurricane HELENE landfall and Kenia provided sandbags and extra flashlights for us in case the power went out. The location of the house is in a gated community and we felt safe and secure when we were in Crystal Cove. We would stay here again if we visit the area. Excellent place for 6 adults, one 9 year old, and a Welsh Corgi. Lyle

The property was super clean & well-stocked. Nice neighborhood, gated. Close to stores for groceries or restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. We traveled to Universal & Disney and enjoyed having space to spread out & relax in the pool after walking a lot in the heat. Much appreciation to our host.
