This property was perfect for our Disney family vacation. It was within 20-25 minutes away from the parks, within 10 minutes from shopping. It had all the amenities needed for a successful vacation, swimming, fishing, games, plenty of space, and a blender to make pina coladas! The property owner, Bill, always got back to me and was always very accommodating when plans changed! I highly recommend this property!

It was my family’s first home rental. House is dated and listing is misleading the pool was cold and the host was not responsive at all. The cleaning ladies towel was left in the room with twin beds “Mickey Room” along with woman’s feminine wrapper on one of the beds. Will for sure seek another home on VRBO.

Jared, I'm sorry you were inconvenienced by cleaning company running late due to them having a number of houses that day and some had issues, I know she spoke to you, so I thought you were good. You never reached out to me except to say the cleaning was going to come back to handle some repair on the pool table in the garage, which you said was not needed. Sorry I did not respond since you were good. Never did you reach out to me about pool heat issue and I left that home on Aug 23 at that time the heat was working fine. Could something have happened in the 5 days sure but you did not reach out about a pool heat issue as I take guest issues seriously and make sure they are resolved. I'm sorry she left a towel and wrapper but was she rushing to do it as fast as she could and must have just forgot it. As for the house being dated, it is no way dated the way you are making it sound as renovations have been made over the last few years, maybe you expecting a brand new house which it's not listed as. In the future reach out to the owner saying you have an issue with whatever it is.

Overall the house was great. We were disappointed with the hot tub as it did not get hot. It got warm at best. We couldn't run it long enough to see if it would get hot as we could only run it for an hour and off for two hours. The lights in the pool were a nice touch though. The game room was in the garage so the humidity had warped the pool table and foosball table. When we tried to play pool, the balls rolled to one side. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

Our family of 4 just spent a week at this property for April vacation. It was a very convenient location and an easy commute to all of the Disney parks and other attractions. Neighborhood was very quiet. Lots of restaurants around but has a fully stocked kitchen to cook at the house as well. The property was very clean and check in was straight forward. The kids loved the themed bedrooms! Pool/hot tub was relaxing after a long, busy day and beautiful at night overlooking the pond. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!
