Pickle's Retreat is named for the owner's love of Pickle Ball, which is one of the fastest growing sports in America. This first floor unit features a living room, dining room, kitchen open floor plan with cable TV and wireless internet. Right off the living room you will find a screen porch and The True Blue Golf Club which was ranked one of the top 100 public courses in America by Golf Digest. The unit also features washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee pot maker, Wifi, central HVAC and 24 hour security.

We could have a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the condo. The location with regard to other golf courses, beaches, Huntington State Park and Murrells Inlet was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: For of us had a comfortable stay in this unit. The young buck of the group had to sleep on the couch but we knew this going in. The 3 bed were comfortable. Good showers. We didn't use any of the cooking utensils so no comment. Nicely decorated. Good TV and there was a great selection of DVDs to relax to in the evening. The unit was clean.

Neighbors were very friendly. A few negatives: AC unit is right outside the master bedroom. It is very loud at night. Also, the dishwasher is extremely loud. We only ran it when we went out due to the noise. Enjoyable place to stay for a small group.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has 3 HVAC units right outside of the main bedroom and one of the upstairs units has a problem with their HVAC unit in this cluster. It makes loud groaning and pulsating noises when operating. I would not book this unit until you get assurances from Tidelife that the unit in question has been replaced. Repairs were done several times during our stay but only lasted a few days. Noise so bad that sleep was impossible.

This is a lovely rental that was perfect for our family of four! It is clean, nicely furnished and in a great location. Our only disappointment was that True Blue has closed its pools; which, obviously, is no one’s fault - just disappointing.
