The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen island and nearby pub table.

The comfortable living room includes plenty of seating, a large Smart TV with Blu-ray player, books, board games, and everything you need for a relaxing evening at home.

**Important:** Amenity passes are optional and must be purchased separately before arrival. Pass pricing and access are determined by Bayside Resort and are subject to change.

Golf is also available for an additional fee. The Point outdoor pool is reserved exclusively for Bayside residents.
