Great location with amazing views of the water. Just steps from the sand and a short walk to the ocean beach and shops. Perfect get away for our family to relax, enjoy the water and fun times around San Diego!Love this place!!!

This property overlooks Mission Bay, not Mission Beach. This makes for an excellent vacation rental for those with children and those who wish to swim in the calm bay. It is also a lot quieter than properties on the beach side. The property is clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and well positioned in the Mission area.

Beautiful location on Mission bay. Beach and outdoor activities right out the door and views of sunrises every morning. Only a couple blocks from the ocean side and from the small market to pick up any groceries you need. House was a nice size for our family of 5, including a toddler. Spacious and open design. Large upstairs master bedroom and bath. Convenient garage to keep your car off the street.

Great spot. It was as advertised I'd say - still in good condition. It's a little pricey so that's why I dinged the value statement as you pay for what you get. So much fun BBQ'ing right out there on the bay. Master balcony is amazing late night sitting area.

The house was perfect for our stay, downstairs area was great for our family and the upstairs was perfect for the parents. Would rent it again. Only draw back, right in the flight path from San Diego Airport.

Great stay! Perfect location on bay side of Mission Beach. Location was quiet and safe for younger kids. House was clean, lots of room and bed options. Had all basic necessities! Absolutely loved this stay!

The location is excellent for the beach, nearby playground, Belmont Park, and the ocean beach. Close to the San Diego airport, downtown area, and the zoo. Beach chairs, beach toys, and beach umbrella are there for your use.Patio is perfect for outdoor dining and viewing the beach. Master bedroom is upstairs as well as a large area to do your morning yoga and have an excellent view of the sunrise. Owner was responsive to questions.

This is a fantastic beach house on Mission Bay!Beautiful property, very quiet area, was great to have the sand and water so close. Saw dolphins and seals in the Bay every day. Loved watching the sun rise over the bay every morning. We are already checking our schedules to see when we can rent it again!

Beautiful home right on the water! We fell asleep listening to the water and woke up to the seals! Could not ask for a more spacious and well equipped home in the best area! Cannot wait to go back!!
