The house is very nice and spacious with a triple-sofa living room, a dining room with space for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 big double beedrooms and another small double, right under the roof, that is narrow and with a very steep ladder - not suitable for old people.

Olympics visit

Excellent location but it is advertised as 4 bedrooms. It is NOT 4 bedrooms. The 4th room is a loft area with a ceiling that requires anyone 5' tall to stoop over to move in the area. Also, it is only accessible by ladder that is angled at about 80 degrees. All of us are between 67 and 74 years of age and access to this "storage area" was dangerous for any of us. It required a guest to move to a hotel at additional expense. Not satisfactory.

Bedroom 4 is set on 2 levels, with on the first level a space including an office, a closet and a dressing, and on the upper level a mezzanine bed with a ceiling height that is limited as shown in the photo of bedroom 4. Access to the mezzanine bed space is via a miller's staircase. Our house is our family home and this room is used all year round by our son.

Nice home

Housekeeper was late to let us in, and the day we left. Information wasn't very clear about house utilities, never figured out how to adjust upstairs heat. Owner was very accommodating responding to email when housekeeper wasn't available. Nice home. Big, good for a large family. Wooden spiral stairs are angled and very slippery. My little boy fell down them. Upstairs room wouldn't be safe for elderly or young children due to these stairs. Great location. Close to metro, even though it was on strike for our visit. Uber was available. Good restaurants and grocery store very close to house.

One of the Best Kept Secrets in Paris

I almost don't want to write a testimonial for this house, because I really would like to keep it a secret just for me! But this house - this adventure - really should be shared with the world. This AMAZING, comfortable, charming and very well appointed coach house is/was just incredible. It is in a vibrant, well-stocked neighborhood, next to several excellent, and at least one Zagat-rated restaurant(s). It is steps from a remarkable bread and cake shop, around the corner from an elegant little wine shop and blocks - maybe only three - from the Arc de Troimphe. So, there is all of that. And then there is the house. The pictures do not do it justice. This place is an experience. Each bedroom - and there are four of them - has its own personality and charm. It is all of the things one would want in a rental property: It is spacious, clean, secure. But this house is/was also home. It is comfortable and easy to fall in love with. When I return to Paris, I will definitely try to rent this house again.
