The calm of the countryside near the beaches and the center!

Tired of the noise, the stress of the city? come and discover Concarneau, a seaside town in southern finistère, and relax in a peaceful setting, in the countryside but while staying close to the beaches and the town center. We are located 5 minutes by car from the city center, the main beach of Concarneau, the white sands beach, and the brand new Thalassotherapy center, which opened in 2015.
We offer you our large INDEPENDENT apartment of 80 m2, comprising an entrance hall, a wc, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen-dining room, a living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to transform in a double bed), 1 bedroom with a single bed, a toilet, a shower room.

Großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger, guter Lage

Insgesamt ein vernünftiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für die Wohnung. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung im unterenTeil ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig.Das haben wir der Vermietern auch mitgeteilt. Insbesondere die Küche mussten wir zunächst grundreinigen...das war nicht so schön.

Au calme et proche de tout

Nous avons passé 15 jours agréables dans ce logement à 5, malgré une météo capricieuse. Les équipements sont nombreux et suffisant pour un séjour comme le nôtre. Le petit jardin et son barbecue étaient très appréciables. Les commerces et activitées sont entre 5 et 15 min en voiture maximum. Le quartier est très calme et reposant. La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute, toujours joignable. Nous la remercions pour sa petite attention de bienvenue.

Location en demi-teinte

Appartement en étage avec un petit jardin em contre bas. Peu utilisé car pas très pratique pour déjeuner, il faut prendre les escaliers ( monter/descendre sans arrêt). L’appartement est équipé correctement, il ne manque rien. Déçu par la salle de bain, toute petite( taille d un receveur de douche+ lavabo) et une seule contrairement au descriptif du site. Le matelas de la grande chambre est peu confortable ( très mou avec des ressorts) . Le reste de l’appartement est agréable et bien agencé.

Merci pour votre commentaire. L'appartement est bien conforme à la description, il est mentionné qu'il y a une salle d'eau et 2 WC séparés, ce qui est le cas. Je prends note concernant le matelas de la grande chambre, même si c'est la première fois qu'on nous fait cette remarque. Quant au jardin, il est régulièrement utilisé par nos hôtes. Je vous souhaite bonne continuation.

Bien situé mais des équipements à revoir

Proximité de Concarneau et Quimper. La mer n'est pas loin non plus. Location au calme et bien chauffée. Par contre des équipements sont vétustes et ne fonctionnent pas bien.

Appartement sur deux étages, spacieux et confortable

Nous avons bien apprécié ce logement, avec des chambres spacieuses, une bonne literie et tous les équipements nécessaires (lave-linge, machine à laver la vaisselle, beaucoup de vaisselle, etc ...). L'environnement est très calme. L'accueil par Séverine était très agréable. Il est fort appréciable d'avoir dès l'arrivée tout le nécessaire (papier toilette, huile, savon etc ...), comme à la maison, pour ne pas avoir à courir tout de suite au supermarché ! C'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix à notre avis. La région est de plus magnifique et nous avons eu un temps incroyablement ensoleillé (pourtant à la Toussaint). Bref, de très bonnes vacances !

Le gîte est parfaitement situé par rapport à Concarneau, directment sur la route qui permet d'aller à La Forêt-fouesnant. L'endroit est extrêmement calme, le gîte est très bien équipé et grand. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et les hôtes sont très agréables.

Schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung für die Familie auch mit Teenagern

Geräumige Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen und guter Ausstattung. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei WCs sowie Waschmaschine und und Gartenbenutzung inkl. großem Esstisch draußen ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Genug Platz auch für Teenager. Betten mit guten Matratzen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin, die fließend Englisch spricht, daher für Urlauber ohne gute Französischkenntnisse eine gute Wahl. Freundliche Innendekoration. Die WCs und das Badezimmer sind klein, ansonsten aber viel Platz. Man ist sehr schnell in Concarneau, viele Strände sind in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Auch Ziele wie die Crozon Halbinsel und Pointe du Raz im Westen sowie die Quiberon Halbinsel im Osten sind mit längerer Fahrt gut erreichbar, so dass man viel von der südlichen Bretagne sehen kann. Zum Empfang standen Blumen und Plätzchen bereit, der Checkout funktionierte genau zur vereinbarten Zeit.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Concarneau im südlichen Finistère

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit funktionaler Ausstattung und eigenem Gartenanteil. Sehr freundliche und sympatische Vermieterin, die fließend Englisch spricht, super Kommunikation, auch vorab. Schönes Grundstück in ruhiger, gepflegter Gegend, nur 3 km von der imposanten Altstadt und dem zauberhaften Hafen von Concarneau entfernt. Mehrere schöne Strände in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die beiden separaten WC's haben leider kein Waschbecken, aber Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Empfehlenswert

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind wirklich gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Für 3 Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Entspannte Ferien

Die Wohnung war sauber, mit sehr vielen Küchengeräten und guten Betten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und konnte auch gut englisch sprechen. Die Bäder waren ziemlich klein und auf der Toilette kein Waschbecken (zum Händewaschen musste man ins Bad), aber dafür konnte man vom Esstisch aus das Meer entdecken und wir konnten einen eigenen Gartenteil benutzen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
