Close to Xixona (supermarkets, restaurants), Alicante (beach, marina, restaurants, night club, casino) El Campello and San Juan beaches. Close to Alicante, Alicante airport, railway station, highways.

The villa has 4 bedrooms for 2 people with private bathrooms, 2 sofa beds for 2 people each, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large garage with 2 washing machines.

The swimming pool is private, located at the back of the villa in the intimate corner "BBQ" where you can spend all day swimming, relaxing, enjoying a good glass of local wine "Alta Marina", enjoying a delicious lunch or dinner with family or friends seated at 2 large stone tables, under an umbrella or around the "BBQ" kitchen or you prefer to have a good time around the BBQ bars. All the infrastructure is offered to you!
