Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Andrea. Elle est située au calme, à l'écart de la ville mais tout en étant à proximité de l'entrée d'autoroute de Giarre et des commerces. La maison est très spacieuse, équipée de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La climatisation se trouve dans 2 chambres et permet de rafraîchir jusque dans la cuisine. L'extérieur est beau, propre et très bien équipé également ce qui permet de bons moments de détente. Piscine propre et très appréciable par temps chaud ! Nous avons peu utilisé la terrasse sur le toit mais celle-ci est à la fois agréable et fraîche en soirée.La communication avec Andrea a été fluide et de très bonne qualité, disponible en cas de souci.Un logement où l'on se sent bien, à recommander !

mauvaises surprises

Notre séjour nous a réservé quelques mauvaises surprises : Pas de Wifi Jacuzzi payant Aucun aménagement permettant de manger à l'extérieur (pourtant promis et apparaissant sur les photos) Globalement la maison souffre de l'humidité et d'un manque d'entretien Un effort sur la propreté est aussi à envisager Enfin – le propriétaire n'en est pas responsable- l'emplacement est très particulier, la maison fait partie d'un petit hameau totalement en ruine. Pour ne pas rester que sur du négatif il faut concéder que le check in et le check out sont flexibles le jardin est agréable avec des orangers en fleur bon chauffage

La maison était vraiment très bien, très fonctionnelle. De très belles pièces, agréables, un beau jardin. Un très bon accueil chaleureux de la part d'Andrea (message de bienvenue, visite, disponibilité, encas... tout était parfait). Enfants et adultes ont vraiment apprécié. Propriétaire très disponible et très sympathique. Un endroit idéal pour une grande famille à proximité de l'Etna !

PERFETTA

La descrizione corrisponde a quanto abbiamo trovato. Ampio giardino e interni spaziosi. Cucina funzionale e ben attrezzata. Ottima la pulizia, incantevole il solarium sul terrazzo. Nota di merito anche per il proprietario, presente e disponibile in pochi minuti, molto caloroso nell'accoglienza.
