View over lake Annecy

The apartment is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony are superb and the location is very convenient. Bus stops, large Carrefour and public beach within 10 mins walk away. We were there during a heatwave but there is a large fan supplied to help you keep cool. There is road noise but that goes with excellent location. Madeleine is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great holiday

Great apartment and location for two, all we needed, very clean, lovely view, enjoyed eating and relaxing on balcony, only small negative on warm nights with windows open could hear traffic on busy road.

Great location, great view, lovely host, terrible traffic noise

The exceptionally hot weather, which the whole of Europe experienced this summer, meant we had to sleep with the windows open, so the traffic noise and heat combined to make sleeping difficult. Otherwise, brilliant.

Lovely apartment with stunning views of Lake Annecy

We had a great holiday in this lovely apartment with it's balcony overlooking the lake. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped . Fantastic location very close to the lake with lots of activities nearby. Within walking distance of the town of Annecy. The owner was very helpful and welcoming.
