Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus

Ruhig gelegen in der Nähe des Strands. Schöner Pool, ganztägig in der Sonne. Ideal auch für Radtouren in den Kiefernwäldern. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wird sehr schnell reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen (bspw. Sprinkleranlage die zur falschen Zeit anging und einen etwas strengen Geruch verbreitete).

La maison est bien située, le quartier ultra calme, la piscine parfaite, les couchages abondants, la cuisine bien équipée, l’agencement des pièces pratique, les propriétaires réactifs, la dame qui accueille charmante, le Super U tout prêt. On a adoré.

Moliets-Et-Maa Cadre somptueux, Week-end pluvieux mais heureux !

Maison bien équipée Jolie propre et bien située. Espace grands, agréables, une cuisine très bien équipée :) dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu profiter de l'extérieur qui avait l’air très cosy, la météo n’était pas avec nous !. La bâche de la piscine ne possédant pas de fixation nous avons dû la remettre à plusieurs reprises et avec le poids de l’eau cela devenait très compliqué. Propriétaire extrêmement douce, agréable et accommodante. En revanche la gestionnaire Un peu froide et pas réellement agréable, presque malaisante. Nous renouvellerons l’expérience avec un meilleur temps.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine entre amis, la maison est bien équipée, proche de la plage, proche de la piste cyclable, la piscine a été très agréable lors des fortes chaleurs, les lits sont très confortables, bref séjour parfait ! Merci beaucoup Camille

Top Haus mit schöner ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes Haus in Molies et Maa. Das Haus hat einfach alles was man braucht. Schöne Innenausstattung und dazu noch einen super Pool. Nur ca. 3 km vom Strand entfernt. Entweder man leiht sich am Strand ein Rad für die Woche und radelt max. 15 Minuten oder man fährt eben mit dem Auto. Super Kommunikation mit Familie Muselet über Mail. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Kleiner Tipp: Ende Mai gab es viele Mücken abends am Haus. Also am besten Moskitoschutz einpacken. Very nice house in Moliets e Maa. The house has everything you need and want. The pool is wounderful. Located in a nice and quite area only 15 minutes far from the beach. Very good communication with the owner over mail in englisch. It was a nice holiday with no worries or problems!

Trés bien !

Bon séjour après un début un peu chaotique tout est rentré dans l'ordre ! Maison très sympa fonctionnelle, agréable pour les enfants (piscine, balançoire, ping-pong) Petit plus pour les enfants le street à proximité de la maison. Dommage qu'a cette période de l'année beaucoup de commerces soient fermés.

Todo estupendo. La casa muy cuidada, con muchas ventanas para poder ventilar bien. Las camas muy comodas. La persona que se encarga de abrir la vivienda ,muy atenta. Estuvimos un fin de semana siete y la cocina/salón ,muy amplia.Para repetir.

SUPER SEJOUR DANS LES LANDES

Villa très agréable, spacieuse, wifi TV... de quoi ne pas être dépaysés des technologies de la maison. Malgré mon appréhension avec une piscine sécurisée par une alarme et non entourée de barrières, avec des enfants en bas âge 3 & 6 ans notre séjour s'est passé à merveilles. On s'est prélassés dans la piscine chaque jour, on a joué au ping-pong, ils ont profité de la balançoire, on a loué des vélos... Elle est situé près du bourg (appréciable le matin pour aller acheter du pain à pied), dans un quartier très calme, non loin de la plage (à vélo ou voiture). La proprio très sympa disponible bien qu'éloignée du site, et une voisine bienveillante. Quelques désagréments avec les moustiques qui nous ont pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur le soir ; mais c'est général partout en France cette année avec ces pluies du mois de juin. Enfin on a préféré prendre la prestation ménage, mais on s'est acquitté d'aspirer qq détails à notre arrivée (à moins que les précédents l'ont fait eux-mêmes) En conclusion à recommander

Maison agréable

Maison très agréable, nous y sommes aller à 10 amis pendant 2 nuits, pour le réveillon du nouvel an, la maison est très fonctionnelle. Les voisins sont très sympathiques. Petit bémol: la télé ne fonctionne pas, elle fonctionne seulement pour des dvd's, et le wifi non plus. Malgré ça, nous recommandons cette maison.

Très très bon logement, bonne situation

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié passer cette semaine dans ce logement propre, décoré avec goût et très très bien équipé (senseo, jeux de piscine,...). Cette location est très bien située (près d'une boulangerie, des magnifiques plages de Moliets,...). La piscine est propre et de taille idéale. Les points négatifs: peu de vaisselle et de chaises (pour une location qui annonce pouvoir accueillir 10 personnes; nous étions neuf et nous avons du jongler avec les chaises de jardin et faire tourner souvent le lave vaisselle). Il y a bien deux salles-de-bains mais l'une d'entre elle se trouve dans une chambre, ce qui limite son utilisation aux utilisateurs de la chambre en question. La deuxième toilette se trouvant dans cette même chambre, son utilisation est également limitée. Les murs sont très fins, l'intimité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Hormis tout cela, nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison et j'y retournerais avec grand plaisir :)
