Hello, I am a people person and so is my husband Rob. We enjoy meeting and getting to know our guests. We both love to travel and have traveled to most of the states in the United States and 15 other countries. We look forward to being your hosts in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet, country setting with a walking trail behind. It is a beautiful newer home with many amenities in a nice upscale neighborhood. We love country life and enjoy horses and that is why we bought the land and built on this property. We call our downstairs apartment our Beach House in the Basement. We love the beach but also the mountains and when we aren't at the beach we can still enjoy the feel of the beach in in our daylight basement. We welcome longer stays and give a good discount.
What makes this property unique
We have a large spacious daylight basement of 2200 sq. feet in a quiet, safe neighborhood with off street parking. We give great discounts for longer stays.
