Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils.etc. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable but not terribly so. TV instructions need updating. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
We stayed here in late December and had a lovely stay! Our doggie was welcome, everything was clean and we made ourselves pancakes (not included) in the morning.
Very nice clean home. The owners provided a whole list of recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The house is located in a very nice quiet area. The house has plenty of comfortable beds and with two bathrooms it would be welcoming for a family. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped with all the kitchen necessities. There is a nice little swing set for the kids to play on and a little fenced in side yard for the pets/kids to be in.
Our stay was awesome! In the master bedroom there were many stink bugs in the curtains and window. No one stayed in that room, but there was a lot of bugs in it. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you!
One of the best stays we’ve ever been to; was perfect for the whole family! Our kids all had their own space & it even gave us peace of mind for our dogs with the fenced in patio and side yard! We were traveling to see the PSU game, was a quick drive to campus & close enough drive to grab any necessities! After the game we were looking for food nearby, Spruce Creek Tavern, a quick 5 minute down the road, was wonderful! Service was excellent and the food was even better! Would highly recommend! This trip was definitely one for the books! We’ll definitely be back again!!
Spent a few days at this wonderful property while visiting State College. Everything was as advertised. It was a perfect, cozy home for our stay and only 25 minutes to PSU. Would stay again!
The house was wonderful and so perfect for our family's two dogs! Great fenced in space directly connected to the patio (which also has a gate). Hope to stay here again next year!
Very roomy house in a beautiful location. Quiet and private. Was very comfortable for our group of four. Beautiful trail just down the street. House was as described. Great stay.
This quiet, peaceful property was perfect for our Penn State football weekend. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Wonderful communication with the owner. Beautiful setting. Great value as well.
Loved everything about this stay. The location was perfect for accessing the farm show. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Really enjoyed the big yard and swing!
Nice comfortable house. Not fancy but lots of space the only suggestion is that directions for the TV be made available and that the "things to do" booklet be updated with more and current information about all types of recreation opportunities for adults and kids in surrounding area..
Stayed for PSU Blue White weekend. Property was very nice. The whole family enjoyed the trip. Thank you for opening your property to our family. Great weekend
The house is nicely done and inviting. Plenty of towels and dishes. Nice fenced area for the dog to run. There were five beds in three different rooms. They were not fancy but were adequate. This was a nice place I would stay at again.
A roomy, cozy home that charms you with its warmth. Its rustic, green mountain setting is a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the PSU main campus.

Thank you for your wonderful review. I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay :)
This is a 3 bedroom ranch with large rooms in a country setting. The abundance of windows offered views of the "Happy Valley" countryside in all directions. Nice outdoor areas to enjoy in warmer weather.
