Nous (2 adultes et un enfant de 3 ans) avons passé 2 semaines dans cet hebergement. Tout était parfait. Il ne manquait rien !!! Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout et nous étions comme à la maison. emplacement et fonctionnel

AVANTAGES : la maison est idéalement placée. Vous pouvez aller A PIED au centre ville de saint georges de didonne, sur 2 plages et dans plusieurs commerces, restaurants Très agréable d'avoir une place de parking devant le logement. Tout est présent dans la maison , vaisselle en abondance, lave vaisselle, machine a laver, cafetière, le tout en parfait état de fonctionnement; linge de maison... vous pouvez déjeuner devant la maison, la terrasse est petite mais très pratique et fonctionnel. terrasse sans vis a vis. Endroit très calme malgré un voisinage proche. INCONVENIENT : le seul inconvénient est cette proximité des voisins, les maisons sont collés de chaque côté, ainsi que les terrasses. Mais les voisins sont des propriétaires discret et calme.

Nous venons de passer 15 jours très agréables à St Georges De Didonne chez M et Mme Baudry.

Effectivement tout était réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances : une maison chaleureuse, bien située par rapport à la plage, au centre ville et commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons apprécié les tableaux de M.Baudry! Nous les remercions également d'accepter les animaux car cela était très important pour nous!

Très bon séjour dans cette petite maison.

Environnement calme au sein d'une petite résidence de maisons. Proche de la mer, du centre de Saint Georges et de Royan. Plage la plus proche calme et très propre. De belles visites à faire, notamment le zoo de la Palmyre et le train des mouettes. Propriétaires très accueillants. Maison propre et bien équipée. Il manque juste un peu d'espace vert proche de la maison surtout pour les enfants. Je recommande cette location

Après un accueil très chaleureux,nous avons appréciez notre court séjour dans cette location bien équipée et surtout bien située (moins d'1 kilomètre de la plage et proche de Royan) Nous remercions les propriétaires ,Alain et Brigitte,d 'avoir accepter de nous louer leur maison avec le chien de notre fille car ce n'est pas toujours évident de trouver des locations qui acceptent les animaux. Une adresse à retenir pour une prochaine fois.

Appartement confortable ,bien situé au calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé ,avec un excellent confort et une belle décoration .La plage est proche ainsi que Royan (pour faire de belles promenades ) Il est plaisant de pouvoir garer sa voiture dans la résidence Alain et Brigitte sont des hôtes absolument "charmants et à l'écoute" C'est avec plaisir que nous recommandons cette location ,bien entretenue , très propre et offrant une excellente literie
