New house, comfortable, with internet access and majorcan- style decorated. There are double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and a modern kitchen with all facilities. Garden and private pool with sunplace, including sunbeds and barbacue. Lovely Bay view from 1st floor. Quiet and private but good access from road.

The finca belongs to the family, formerly my grandfather, who was a farmer, was cultivating it and still there stay some almond trees of what it was producing. In a year 2007 we've built the house, which was initially thought for personal use, that's why we've taken specially care of details, quality, decoration and comfort. We'd like that our guests take care and enjoy the house as far as we've done it.

Why they chose this property

Villa 2 floors for 8 persons with 4 double bedrooms and 3 baths. Big kitchen, living room, porch, solarium and pool. It is furnished and decorated by modern style, with all facilities. Very good condition, finished in the year 2009. It is 2 kms from Son Servera by road, and 4 km from Cala Millor. Independent and quiet but with neighbors in the nearby. The sea is seen in the distance from the ground floor and specially from the solarium. It has fireplace and heating for radiators in all rooms
