Nice Townhome in the Disney area

The townhome was very clean, spacious, and a nice fit for our family. Simple check in process. Owner easy to work with and responsive to messages. It was great having a small pool to ourselves for the kids to cool off in. There were adequate supplies in the kitchen as well.

Family Vacation

This home was perfect for my family. It was a total of 6 of us(3 adults and 3 children). There was more than enough space for everyone. Loved the convince of the location. We were close to food, grocery stores, and the theme parks. My kids really enjoyed have the little pool in the back yard. Made the night swims fun and easy for the whole family after a full day at the theme park.

Wonderful Home minutes from Disney gates

My family of four and my sisters family of 5 rented this home together for a week in Disney ...the home was very clean , spacious has everything you need and more we had small children there was a gate at the top of the stairs , pack and play for my daughter even extra strollers and high chairs was very easy renting and made our trip so enjoyable !!!there was plenty of space we could have easily fit one or two more families ...it's such a close walk to the clubhouse which is also fabulous just like staying at a resort will definitely go back and rent from Fabiana in the future!!! A+++++++

This is our fifth year staying at paradise palms and this house was definitely the best. The only issues we had was the pool bar/restaurant and store closed early every day. We couldn’t eat dinner there. The pool had to close multiple times as well.

We love this property. Great layout, nicely appointed, caring owners and managers. Will definitely will stay here again. The money saved versus staying at Disney means another trip for the same cost and that is amazing. Family friendly and gated community with a great pool, splash pond and sauna. It was perfect, great location and very clean. Owner was quick to respond with any questions I had. The community pool was great with hot tubs and waterslide. We also had a lot of fun in our private pool too. I would definitely recommend this house as it was ready and super clean upon arrival.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay! The home was very clean and there was enough space to accommodate us. We ended up having 15 people stay one night and there was plenty of space! I would definitely recommend this home to another large family! We had to turn to wal mart to purchase essentials for the home: garbage bags, dish liquid, sponge but other than that there was plenty of linen.

The resort was very clean & nice. The people were friendly and helpful.

We had an awesome stay. There was plenty of things to do at the resort for the kids. I would most definitely stay there again & would recommend it to others. Stores and eateries were all within 5 minutes which was a plus casue we made a lot of store trips. Also 10 minutes from Disney, although a shuttle service would have been nice. Other than the shuttle issue I have no complaints.

We had a very pleasant stay on the Paradise Palms resort in Kissimmee. Our villa was very nice and spacious with all the basic equipment you would expect but I did feel the villa could have been a little cleaner and decor a little fresher in some areas. I would also suggest a welcome pack with some basic essentials. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would not hesitate staying there again ourselves.

Lots to Like...

Overall,this was a really good choice and we would return. Very close to Disney and lots of restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool amenities at this rental are over the top and you just walk across the street. We didn't use the pool at the townhouse. We did have a few small gripes...at nearly all other rentals we have been to ,the rentals have supplied you with a few basic supplies to get you thru the first day or two but this rental provided you nothing. No dish detergent, no dishwasher powder, not a sponge, not even an extra trash bag. So be prepared to supply these things yourself. The other small issue was the living room rug. It could stand to be replaced. The rug edges were rolled up on all sides and everyone , including our small granddaughter tripped on it constantly. These were minor complaints however, and for a family traveling together, you won't go wrong renting this place.

Nice place close to the parks

Had 6 adults 5 kids stay in the place and we were comfortable, I liked that there was stuff to do on the resort to take a break from the parks, we would definitely stay there again if we make the trip again

we had 7 adults and 2 kids. The first day was at Disney and the entire time the kids wanted to leave to go back to the townhouse and swim. So instead of spending another $100 a piece we stayed at the townhouse the next day and went to the resort pool for the day. The kids and adults loved it. We had everything needed for our stay within reach. So we saved about $1000 and had a wonderful time.

The rental is exactly as promised. It is clean and near the clubhouse. There was plenty of room for my family. My elder parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and had their own bathroom. The rental is stocked with kid items toys, high chair, and a stroller which made life convenient. My only con was the rental was not ready on time...cleaners and pool guy there at 4:30 pm. And we were constantly being disturbed by the property manager and owner about a previous guest teddy bear. We had come back from Disney and a person from the property manager was waiting for us at the door requesting us to look for another's guest child's teddy bear. I'm on vacation and have my own child.. This was not my problem and handled very poorly! The toilet broke downstairs and the barbecue outside was broken. Maybe more attention to our stay and fixing issue in the home would have better rather than harassing us about a teddy bear!

A great rental property.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously when we arrived. The house was everything the owners sais it was and it was perfect for my extended family. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The check in process was easy. With the Florida heat, we made use of the swimming pool every day. We had one minor maintainance problem with the a/c unit and it was repaired immediately. The ride to nearby parks was an easy drive and we enjoyed our vacation. I highly recommend this property. Byron Prescott
