Double doors lead from the lounge out to the decked pool area offering a shaded eating area and plenty of room around the pool for bed chairs and sunbathing zones. Shade is offered around the villa in the various seating areas and there is also a pergola offering shade throughout the day.

There is an 6 person Jacuzzi in the gardens that can also be *enjoyed by guests looking to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. A gas BBQ is available for guests to enjoy outdoor cooking along with an outdoor bar and kitchen area.

Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor where there are two further double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There are terraces off each bedroom, offering more areas to sit relax and enjoy sea views.

This is one of the closest villas to beach and in a perfect location for easy walking access to a selection of restaurants, chiringitos and bars including Neptunos, Hola Ola, Sol Arena and a Casasoto.

It is also only a few minutes walk to the Parque Comercial offering many more shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

* Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost of £100 per week to be requested at the time of booking. The jacuzzi is emptied, cleaned, filled and heated for each visit.

Sporting enthusiasts staying at Mojacar do not have to confine their activities to the water. There are plenty of activities and things to do in the area including hill walking, mountain biking & hire, paddle boarding, paragliding, fishing, diving and also Andalucian horses can be hired for riding from local stables to enjoy the countryside and mountain scenery.
