We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was recently and tastefully decorated and very comfortable - good AC, hot water, etc. Beach and pool access was convenient. Centralized courtyard was well-maintained. My favorite spot was the deck overlooking the beach with comfortable chaise lounge chairs! Love NSB!

Beach Vacation at it's finest

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was decorated with very neutral beachy colors and decor. The view from the balcony of the pools and the ocean were very relaxing. The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed walks on the beach and wine on the balcony every night. Our favorite restaurants close by are Flaglers Tavern and Norwoods. We also enjoy visiting Merritt Island Nature Reserve about 30 minutes south on I 95.

Poor customer service from great ocean condos

So many things brought to the attention and zero follow up. Broken lock box, debris on the floors, refrigerator barely useful, with the main shelf broken, privacy blinds that fall off, I could go on. The owners of the condo have a lovely place, but the rental management has failed in maintenance and cleaning.

The condo has been beautifully updated. The kitchen is awesome! Overall, the complex is older, but has been very well maintained. The check in was quick and easy. The beach is fantastic. The patio furniture has been upgraded since the photos were taken. The Keurig is a nice touch!

This is a beautiful condo! It is very evident that a lot of TLC was put into renovating and decorating this condo. The unit did not feel stark and sterile like a lot of places I have rented in the past. The condo was warm, inviting and well equipped. Everything we needed was there. Amazing attention to detail in the decor, which I really appreciate! I would highly recommend renting this unit.

The property and location was simply perfect! We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It was even more beautiful than the pictures showed which is rare these days. We will definitely be back in the future and tell anyone who asks what a great vacation rental it is. The owners did a lovely job on the renovations. The beach access was fantastic. We even saw a few dolphins from the balcony one morning. And being on the top floor gave us an up close view of the pelicans flying overhead. We wish we could have stayed longer. Fabulous Condo With Beach View!

As soon as you walk into this condo, you instantly feel relaxed and welcomed. It is beautifully decorated in beach decor throughout, and every room is pristine! The patio has a fantastic view of the pools and ocean with plenty of seating outside for a family of four. My husband and I stayed 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect!! A great condo inside and out with easy access to the pools and the beach. The complex was quiet and reserved, therefore making our getaway that much more peaceful. We enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this beautiful condo for families with children of all ages, a romantic getaway, or a girls trip. We hope to vacation in this condo again in the future for a longer stay and with our kids so they have the opportunity to enjoy it as much as we did!

Fantastic Condo and location!!!

Beautiful condo, you instantly feel like you are on a beach vacation when you open the door. Awesome that you can see the ocean from the balcony. My husband and I stayed with our adult daughter and there was plenty of room and privacy. The second bedroom could use a full length mirror, other than that no complaints. Downtown New Smyrna Beach has cute shops and restaurants.

We stayed a week at the condo - my husband and our two children. There was plenty of space and the condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Only complain about this condominium is that you can't keep anything outside your door:) We loved the place overall, though, and would highly recommend it!
