We are Dominique from Toulouse and Pascal from Carcassonne. We are both owners of this fabulous and beautiful Villa. We fell in love with the unique village of Collioure and its magnificent and picturesque harbour carved in the vermilion red Catalan coast. Nous sommes Dominique de Toulouse et Pascal de Carcassonne. Once your car is parked on your private spot, you will be able to enjoy fully the beautiful city that is Collioure and its surroundings. Forget your car for everything lies within walking distance from the villa. A 5 to 10 minutes walk will take you to the beach and a 10 to 15 minutes one to the village center. French bred, piano bars, monuments, churches & museums are waiting for you. After your busy days of farniente or sightseeing and back at your villa, you will be able to enjoy the glass of rosé wine you deserve on your beautiful private terrace overlooking the sea. Your children will be playing in the large residential swimming pool while you will be cooking on your private barbecue. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa offers spectacular panoramic views at 270 ° from the large terrace and balcony. From the living room you have access to a large terrace with sunbathing spot (deck chairs available). It is equipped with an large electric grill (plancha). A large awning will protect your meals from the heat of the sun. The villa has a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board & two hairdryers. Both bathroom are equipped with toilets. Bedlinen, bath & beach towels are at disposal. They are changed once a week. Concierge services are available : Pascal B. will be available to welcome you at the villa and in case you would need anything during the stay. He will also check you out at the end of your stay. In case of late arrival at the villa, you would find the keys in a code-secured lockbox. We are dedicated to offer you the perfect stay for perfect holidays and thus we also remain available during your stay should you have any request
