A really lovely villa, it's more spacious than the pictures suggest! Includes a well-equipped kitchen and a gorgeous, well maintained pool. AC works brilliantly, but it's very hard to lock some of the doors and windows and some doors have missing fly screens which makes it impossible to have air flowing through the villa during the day without letting in all the bugs. Worth noting that the fourth bedroom is slightly separated from the others, so if you have young kids (like us), you may not be able to use it. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

Lovely Villa with sea views

Had a lovley stay here with whole family. Very close to beach and few restaurants and bars. Villa was very spacious and pool was great for kids.

Lovely villa near the sea

The Villa was clean and exactly as the photos show. The pool was lovely and warm and the outdoor seating areas are very nice. The views of the sea from the Villa are great! There is a sandy beach a ten minute walk away as well as a couple of restaurants and bars. You need a car or to take the tram (tram stop 10 mins walk from the villa) to a decent supermarket.

Great place

This is a really lovely place to stay - it's the second time we've visited and the first time with our own child, now 6. Lovely pool, really good useable outside terrace space, great kitchen and living area are all real plus points. If you're not driving the tram provides easy and quick access to Alicante and El Campello as well as further north, so a car really isn't a necessity (particularly given the local beach is less than 10 minutes walk). We'd happily stay again. If you're arriving outside of normal hours it might be worth making sure you've any essentials packed to see you through to when the shops are open.

Fabulous family holiday

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa on our family holiday in August, with ages ranging from 10-77. We had a couple of issues which were sorted out pretty much immediately by the management company and communication was great throughout. Check in was smooth, we were met with the keys at the villa which was super helpful as at previous places we've had to travel to collect keys. The kitchen had everything you could wish for in terms of equipment and plenty of fridge and freezer space. The pool was amazing, quite a few pool toys in the shed which was great. Location was wonderful for peace and quiet, with beautiful views over the sea. We really enjoyed the small square a very short walk down the road for a couple of meals out and cocktails. However, my Father-in-law is 77 and did find the hill to the square quite tricky to manage. We arranged a supermarket shop to be delivered which was a real bonus as we didn't have a car. The only suggestions I have to make this villa perfect would be to add a door to the 2nd bathroom instead of a curtain and provide some plastic wine glasses and plates for outdoor eating. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely return.

We had a fabulous week at this villa as two families of 4. Great amenities and lovely space to base ourselves with friends for a summer getaway. Pool and surrounding outdoor area was amazing, villa has great options for sitting/dining. Ability to was clothes etc also really welcome with kids and being onward bound to a second destination. Clear instructions for using the villa facilities. Kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and plates and appliances which is really handy and not always the case! Big fridge especially helpful. Rooms are well appointed but mattresses a bit tired and a few of the group complained of being uncomfortable overnight but extra blankets and so on provided to help. We didn't drive (intentionally!) which made getting shopping a bit of a challenge from the main town but it is manageable with taxis if you plan. The tram service is very easy and affordable and about 40mins to Alicante for a day out and for trips to the Costa Blanca for a day. The little cove to the left of the villa is lovely for stone and shell hunting as well as swimming. I would recommend sea shoes as we spotted a number or urchins. The larger beach is very seaweed heavy. Locally there are a few restaurants and bars round the corner and you can order takeaway from El Camino nearby.

Schönes Haus mit gemütlicher Einrichtung. Sauberer Pool und genug Liegen für 8 Personen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin- stehts erreichbar und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Leider nur winziger steiniger Strand in Hausnähe und kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (1Geschäft/ 3 Std. täglich geöffnet) und wenige Restaurants. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist klar im Vorteil. Dafür klappt Uber sehr gut

Estuvimos una semana y cuatro días atendiendo a gente para que vayan a limpiar piscina y a poner antena a la TV….. la barbacoa limpia x encima…. Tenía un montón de grasa. Tener que estar llamando todo el rato a la agencia porque no funciona la TV y encima estar en casa porque vienen ellos a verla y no te dicen hora…. E igual con los técnicos…. No volveremos

Agréable séjour

La maison est très agréable, nous y étions pour le jour de l'an mais je n'irais pas en été. les maisons sont trop proche les unes des autres et les voisins ont une vue prenante sur la piscine et leur pompe à chaleur fait un bruit impressionnant. Cependant il y a à 5 minutes à pied un succulent restaurant chinois que je recommande vivement.

Belle localisation

Villa parfaite pour 6/7 personnes et bien positionnée pas loin de la ligne de tramway qui dessert Alicante et Benidorm. Très bien agencée et pratique avec douche extérieure à côté de la piscine.

Beautiful villa very well equipped. Outside space is beautiful for the whole family to enjoy

Lovely villa, you instantly feel at home. Very well equipped, has a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, pool area with floats etc. We had a wonderful time. Only suggestion I would make is the 2nd bathroom needs a door or at least a curtain. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home

Very nice but not quite perfect.

I thought this villa was very nice overall but could be better in a few areas; Good; overall size, roominess, lovely view if somewhat obscured, great showers, good A/C, good secure parking for two cars, good outside space and seating, pool good for young and elderly (steps), smart tv, wi-fi, roller shutters on all windows, Not so good; Beds very firm (not good if you're used to a soft or medium bed), lounge seats not that comfortable, halogen hob if you're used to gas. If it had better (medium) mattresses, nicer arm chairs and settees (leather) and perhaps a bigger gas hob (for those who like to cook big meals for many people -it would definitely be 5 Star.
