I stayed at this location with my two children (12 and 8) and it was fantastic. The beachfront access is terrific and it helps to have an elevator when you're carrying all your beach gear. The patio overlooking the beach was wonderful. The kitchen was fabulous and we put it to good use. It was a very nicely furnished home with comfy couches and beds. It's got great proximity to restaurants (we walked across the street to Stinky's Fish Camp). We loved it. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great location. Condo is large and well appointed. Master bath has a combination soaking tub/shower which was a little difficult to get in and out of. I highly recommend taking advantage of chair and umbrella service. Dune Realty is easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again or recommend.

Cousins vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Journeys End. It’s very quiet and not a lot of people!Several things when we were ther was that the cart you put your luggage on to take to your room was very rusty and was partially broken. Also part of the gutter was broken and it was duck taped right outside of our balcony.Everything else was wonderful!

Great view-horrible condo and management

This condo has a million dollar view with bad accommodations and terrible management. Dune Allen Realty knowingly rented a substandard unit and refused to make any attempts to rectify the situation. Beth, the manager is rude and non-responsive. 30A is wonderful area-just stay away from Dune Allen Realty.

The property was very clean and in a great location with a wonderful view of the ocean.

Dune Allen Reality was great to work with. The property was clean and well maintained but needed some updating on the decor. They did not provide beach chairs or an umbrella or bikes so take your own. Our rentals in the past furnished these. The covered parking was nice. It was great for just my wife and myself and we really enjoyed our stay.

Favorite Honeymoon Spot

Instead of spending money on a lavish Caribbean honeymoon, my husband and I decided to visit one of the most beautiful beaches in the world – only 7 hours away in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The Journey’s End condo was literally steps away from the beach and minutes away from several great shops and restaurants (the fried tomato caprice salad at The VUE is my favorite)! The condo was beautiful, with resort-like features mixed with modern comfort. The best part was the balcony where we could have breakfast every morning while watching the sun come up over the ocean. The condo was literally steps away from the beach—just walk down a little path and it’s right there! The beach for this condo building is private (only accessible to guests), which is a great perk for those not wanting to deal with the hassle of over-crowded beach and waters. Everyone knows Destin has some of the best beaches but the private beach here is stunning. My husband and I can’t wait to go back—in fact we have already booked our 1 year anniversary trip for the same condo this summer. This place is definitely going to be “our sport” for years to come!

Steps from the Beach - An Upscale Getaway!

Our stay at Journey’s End 202 exceeded our expectations! Just steps from the beach, we loved the amazing view and easy access to the private beach. The beach is extremely PRIVATE – only a couple other umbrellas were setup on the beach. We couldn’t believe how beautiful the beach is there – literally looks like the Caribbean with stark white sand and clear water as far as you can see. There’s also a great shopping center near by in Sandestin with a variety of nice restaurants – plus the Silver Sands outlets are also a short drive away. The unit was in exceptional condition and included all of the comforts of home. Kitchen was fully stocked with all dishware, appliances, etc. Journey’s End 202 will probably become an annual visit for our family!

Ladies trip

Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodations. Quiet with wonderful beach front view from balcony just steps from the beach. Spacious well equipped kitchen and comfortable mattresses. Safe covered parking with easy access to condo via elevator. We had a very pleasurable experience.
