A 20-minute walk from the lively center of the resort, in a condominium with swimming pool with wading pool, games for children and a tennis court. The 1st floor of a small residence of 3 floors with elevator surrounded by small flowery paths oleanders and bougainvillea.
The apartment consists of: hall, living / dining room with double sofa bed, sea view terrace, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with bath / shower and washing machine, 1 double bedroom with sea view balcony , 1 bedroom with 2 beds.
Supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby.
Small beaches of Vila Vita, Beijinhos and Senhora da Rocha is 600m, great Armaçao de Pera beach is 1.5 km.
