This charming apartment of 90 M2 is totally independent and located on the 1st and only floor of a typical traditional villa of the Algarve. From the terrace on the first floor the view is unobstructed and overlooks the sea and its surroundings. The villa is independent and equipped with a swimming pool of 10 meters by 5 meters on a garden of 4000 m2 without any opposite located 1.5 km from the beach and the town of armaçao de pera.
