Holiday apartment, sea-front, fantastic sea views.

The Vista Mar apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building served by two lifts.
When you come into the apartment, is facing a small entrance hall which gives access to the various rooms of the house. In the living room, decorated cosy you have immediately the sensation of standing on the beach. It consists of 2 sofas for relaxing, dining space, cable TV and wi-fi. At the end of the living room you have a balcony overlooking the sea where you can enjoy leisure time with your family.
Entering the hallway next to the room can access a small hall that will give you access to the kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals with added convenience.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a couple bed two bedside tables. The other has two single beds.
The house has a full bathroom with tub.
Check in is between 16h and 19h on saturdays (between june and september)

A great location for a stay in a great resort.

This property is all about its location overlooking fishermen’s beach and Pedro's Bar . We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again for a short stay . On the negative side the apartment is badly in need of an upgrade ie , a new bathroom with walk in shower also the furniture in the lounge needs replacing If this was done we would gladly pay more and stay longer . Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A dream fulfilled after 30 years. An apartment overlooking Fisherman's Beach. The apartment was very simply furnished but it is all about the location and the view could not be bettered. Daniel was extremely helpful and really treated us well. I'm hoping to return next year for a longer stay.

Apartment mit sehr guter Lage mit Blick, direkt auf den riesigen Strand von Armacaou. Gut ausgestattet. Zu kleines und ins Alter gekommene Toilette mit Bad, ist für vier Personen zu wenig.

A casa satisfaz as necessidades básicas. A localização é incrível e as vistas de tirar o folgo. Aspetos que deviam melhorar são a limpeza e sem dúvida fazer um update no colchão da cama de casal e nas sertãs da casa. Mas fora isto ficamos com vontade de voltar.

Lamento imenso que o apartamento não tenha sido mais do seu agrado. Relativamente às observações que fez, à excepção do barulho até tarde, trata-se de um apartamento na 1.a linha e em época alta há sempre muitas pessoas e actividades na avenida. Quanto à limpeza, vamos averiguar o que se terá passado e corrigir, pois nunca tivemos queixas. Por fim em relação à falta de utensílios, infelizmente eles vão desaparecendo, vamos também corrigir. Obrigado pelo seu comentário, vai seguramente contribuir para que possamos melhorar a estadia dos próximos hóspedes. Atentamente, Daniel Cruz

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. It was so lovely to be so near the beach and all the restaurants, we would definitely stay again we had a great holiday!
