With its landscaped garden and swimming pool 8mx4m, our house, located in the quiet of the Aix countryside, can accommodate 8 people.
Facing south, the terrace is shaded during the day thanks to a magnificent wisteria that will protect you from the sun and allow you to fully enjoy the lunches outside.
The living room is spacious and overlooks an open kitchen.
You will find the necessary equipment for your young children: changing table, high chair ... as well as outdoor games: sandpit, slide, swing, small house.
The rooms are nice.
Our house is fully equipped.
Near Aix en Provence, Sainte Victoire.

Excellent in every way

We've just returned from a wonderful holiday at the property in Peynier. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and the property had everything we had hoped for. The pool and terrace were great and it was lovely to retreat from the heat into the air-conditioned house when necessary.

Wonderful house and pool

Had a lovely two week stay. Great communication from Manue and Renaud. Lovely house with all amentities, well equiped kitchen, bbq and pizza oven. Pool was a good size, aircon was welcome as it was hot, good quality internet... and a very kind welcome gift when we arrive... will be back...xx

La maison est très bien équipée, confortable et spacieuse. pour 6 personnes. La piscine, au sein d'un beau jardin, est très agréable notamment les jours de forte chaleur. La communication avec les propriétaires est très facile.Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un très bon séjour dans une très belle région.

Sehr tolles und gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles im Haus vorgefunden, was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wie würden sofort wieder dorthin verreisen.

Une prise de contact très facile et très naturelle avec les propriétaires! Et l'accueil le jour J a été dans la même continuité: précieux conseils, précieuses adresses sur la région, les randonnes, les restaurants à faire .... Si vous aimez le calme et la tranquillité, la piscine, les randonnées à pied ou à vélo et la mer alors vous ne serez pas déçu par cette maison! Et si vous avez des enfants, Emmanuelle et son mari vous laissent accès au mini toboggan, à la petite maison, au bac à sable... Bref, le paradis des enfants!! La maison est fonctionnelle et bien entretenue, avec un vrai coup de cœur pour le jardin!! Que de bons souvenirs et de très bonnes vacances avec les enfants et les amis!

charme et calme

Propriétaires sympathiques qui nous ont donné quelques tuyaux sympas pour visite de la région d'Aix / Marseille (calanques, restos, randos, sites..) Maison en super bon état, avec un jardin agréable (terrasse mi ombre mi soleil, piscine bien entretenue, ping pong pour les enfants), literie excellente (on a super bien dormi), de quoi se poser une semaine ou 2 au calme à 2 minutes d'un joli village provençale, et d'un producteur de légumes du coin. Courses faciles en voiture (5 minutes de Trets) et mer à 30 -45 minutes environ, avec pleins de super coins à découvrir J'y retournerai avec plaisir!

Accueil des propriétaires chaleureux et précis dans leurs informations. Maison jolie, propre, fraîche. Piscine bien entretenue ainsi que le jardin. Quartier calme, à proximité du joli village médiéval de Peynier et voisin d'une exploitation maraichère aux fruits et légumes savoureux, à des prix très intéressants. Si nous désirions séjourner à nouveau dans cette région, nous y retournerions certainement. famille belge
