A Queen Size Bed in room #1. Twin over full Bunk Bed in room #2 and a pull out Queen Sofa with memory foam in the over-sized living room. This charming home features a full size washer/dryer, Air Conditioner, Two bedrooms plus queen size sleep sofa, living room with skylights & fireplace, dining room, kitchen with stove, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Coffee maker, Plates, dishes, and utensils. Incorporated in 1637, Yarmouth is one of the oldest towns on Cape Cod. Geographically, the town encompasses both the north and south side of the Cape, each area having its own flavor. Yarmouth has 15 fresh and saltwater beaches on Nantucket Sound. Seagull Beach is the town’s largest, and the Bass River area has some fine beaches

Bustling West Yarmouth, with its abundant vacation homes and cottage colonies, offers something for the whole family. West Yarmouth is home to the lovely walking trail, the Yarmouth Boardwalk, which extends through the marsh and to Swan Pond and its surrounding woods.

Amenities include Washer Dryer, Stove, Dishwasher, Air Conditioner, Linens, Plates, dishes, and cooking utensils. Enjoy the day with a cookout in the back yard, Watch a movie on the large Flat Screen TV or head out to one of the many beaches or attractions located nearby. This house is centrally located on mid Cape so it’s a short drive no matter which part of the Cape you want to travel to. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a 6 minute walk to Swan Pond where you can take a walk on the Boardwalk. The beach is only 2.5 miles from the house. Many Bicycle trails in the area as well.
