Appartement bien situé et lumineux, les équipements vieillissant seul bémol les escaliers plutôt raides et étroits, et parquet craquant à l'étage.Que de bien de l'accueil des vendeuses de la boutique au rdc de l'appartement !Le nettoyage mériterait d'être plus poussé

Arrivée facile , séjour agréable , manquent des ustensiles pour grande famille: grandes poêles et grands plats, couteaux efficaces. L’appartement est très bien situé. On peut faire ses courses à pied ainsi que de très jolies ballades.

Bon emplacement mais annonce à clarifier

Appartement idéalement situé au Crotoy, à deux pas du port, de la plage, des commerces et du marché du vendredi. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse, lumineuse et agréable. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle, et le garage, bien qu’un peu éloigné (accès par couloir extérieur, jardin, et quelques marches), reste un vrai plus.Cependant, plusieurs éléments de l’annonce mériteraient d’être clarifiés. Le jardin, présenté comme privatif, est en réalité partagé avec un autre appartement. Il n’est pas attenant, son accès est peu pratique, et la terrasse en bois est vieillissante. Le lave-linge et le sèche-linge sont dans une buanderie commune, partagée avec la boutique et un autre logement.Le logement est peu adapté aux personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite : on accède à l’appartement par un premier escalier, puis un second, très raide, mène aux chambres. Le parquet à l’étage est extrêmement bruyant. La connexion wifi a également été très instable.L’appartement se trouve au-dessus de la boutique des propriétaires, avec un accès par un couloir en partie ouvert sur leur zone de stockage et la boutique. Cela limite l’intimité, mais les vendeuses sont très accueillantes, disponibles et serviables.En résumé : excellent emplacement, mais plusieurs ajustements dans l’annonce seraient nécessaires, notamment pour un séjour de longue durée.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Garage ist eigentlich nur für kleine Autos geeignet, sonst wird das Einparken nervig.

1 semaine au CROTOY

Nous avons passés une très agréable semaine dans ce très bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé, a deux pas de tout et avec un garage pour la voiture. Quelques fois un peu bruyant ( rue commerçante oblige)

Spacieux logement au centre du Crotoy

Nous avons vécu au cœur du village, profitant de l'emplacement parfait et proche des commerces et des activités. Le plus étant la mise à disposition du garage pour la facilité de stationnement en periode estivale. Merci également aux propriétaires d'accepter la présence de notre chien qui a pu bien profiter des vacances en notre compagnie! Malheureusement le jardin n'est pas relié à l'appartement et il est partagé avec les autres locataires mais nous avons bien profité de notre séjour! Nous recommandons le logement sans hésitation!

L'appartement situé au cœur de la ville est très bien centré pour découvrir la région. Il est très spacieux, lumineux ; très bien équipé (le garage est un plus). Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, soucieux de notre bien-être. JE RECOMMANDE.

Une grande pièce de vie avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Appartement idéalement situé. Le garage inclus à la location est un atout. La terrasse non attenante à l appartement représente un petit bémol. Séjour très agréable. Merci😆😉

Séjour très agréable, location belle et confortable

Appartement joliment décoré et fonctionnel, agréable à vivre, bien équipé. Propriétaires accueillants. Charme d’une maison ancienne. Bien situé. Un détail par rapport à l’annonce : les chambres sont à l’étage avec un escalier un peu raide pour des enfants petits mais l’espace de vie/salon est suffisamment grand pour ne pas avoir à monter en journée. Très bon séjour!
