Great location -- and comfy bed. It was as pictured and was nice to be on ground floor. Plaza Christo de Burgos has a nice vibe. While there are tourists around, there were also lots of families with young kids out at night in the park. Handy pizza shop and acai bar just doors away and we were within walking distance of the cathedral and shopping.

Great location in Seville - easy to walk almost anywhere (except to the train station with luggage - take a cab). Apartment had everything we needed and the host was responsive. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Location is Fabulous!

Very secure, ideally located ( markets in close proximity, taxis 5 min walk to VRBO, walking distance from historical monuments and entertainment). Hosts met us at the door on our arrival and gave us helpful tips.

Great location, nice little apartment

Perfect spot for a few days in Seville. The apartment is on the ground floor in a very quiet building with a nice courtyard. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to all the attractions in the city. The alfalfa neighbourhood is full of great restaurants. Good host, helpful with tapas recommendations.

Perfect apartment

Cutest little flat that is in the city center where you can see everything you wanted and more! Such a beautiful city. We loved getting lost in the alleys looking at different building and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on plazas eating our meals and looking at the beautiful architecture. Communication was amazing! Easy check in and out!

Good location to see the majority of Sevilla without transit. We were very close to the Parasol ( mushroom) of Sevilla which is also right on the edge of all the pedestrian areas of Sevilla. Easy to walk to the Cathedral and Alcázar. Very safe and secure accommodation.

Great place to stay

Property is clean, safe, and in a great location for enjoying Sevilla. Only issue is the washer is in an area where you have to duck pretty low to get to. Hard for an older person with back issues. But there is a laundry mat nearby. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

Excellent efficiency apartment!

Location, location, location! This place has it! Myriam kindly met us to orient us to the apartment and let us check in several hours before official check in time. The apartment is comfortable and clean and even has a washing machine (accessed by a very small space within the apartment). There is a nice rooftop laundry line to dry clothes. Very safe and looks out on a very nice, safe interior courtyard. There is an exceptional restaurant right around the corner that you should try! There is a kitchenette and small dining table. The wifi worked great and the location was perfect. We were there at the start of Semana Santa and Myriam was exceptionally helpful with our checkout on Palm Sunday. It was a nice extra touch to have wash cloths in the bathroom.

Charmant studio, bien équipé. Ouvert sur un magnifique patio garni de belles plantes donc parfaitement silencieux. Plusieurs petits commerces à proximité pour s'approvisionner. J'avais choisi ce studio pour sa situation centrale permettant de visiter tous les centres d'intérêt à pied. La communication avec Myriam a été excellente . Merci d'avoir aménagé ce studio de manière aussi chaleureuse.
