Wake up across the street from Zion National Park. This second-floor apartment sits above town in Springdale, about 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance and visitor center. Walk over, skip the car line, and catch the free Zion Canyon shuttle across the street, or the town shuttle next door.
The apartment is a full unit to yourselves: one bedroom, one bath, kitchenette, and living room, with canyon views. Sleeps up to 6.

Good place in an excellent location for park visitors. It does smell like Subway, but that didn’t bother us. Helpful to have good laundry machines, a dedicated parking spot, and amenities.

Our family of five stayed here, and we loved it. Perfect for quick access into Zion without worrying about parking, and we were big fans of the layout and how it worked for us. If we end up back at Zion, without question we would try to book this exact place.

The biggest issue for us was having just the one burner for cooking. But the location was so excellent for park entry and being neighbors with an ice cream shop was great.

Overall the apartment was nice and in a great location. The patio was outstanding. Our only issues were that the ceiling is too low for the bunk bed and the kids had a hard time with that. It would have been better if it were separated into two beds. Also, the lighting on the exterior of the building was so bright that the minimal shades didn't help a whole lot.

As advertised this apartment is the closest you can get to the park! We loved not having to worry about parking. The beds were comfortable and finding enough sleeping space for 6 can be challenging so I was happy to find this apartment. Loved having washer and dryer and well stocked supplies so no need to bring your own! The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this place is pretty loud at night when the wind whips the awning outside the windows. It sounds like construction trucks or something and it lasts all night long. I would consider this if you are sensitive to noise.

So close you can see the entrance from the room. The large windows in the bedroom/sitting room area looked out towards Zion so we had a great view and you get to people watch anyone coming into Subway :). Clean and comfortable. Promo parking space. Great view. The top bunk is pretty close to the ceiling so be aware if you have an adult planning to sleep up there. The chairs, couch, and beds were comfy. There are separate AC units for each room so the temperature was good. Water shower pressure was good. Well stocked kitchen. Lamps and dimming light options made for a home like atmosphere. Unique and smells like fresh bread all day. Can’t be beat.

This location was amazing! It was right across the street from Zion National Park. We walked many places-to eat, get coffee and to and from the National Park. Everything was amazing for this property!

I’m Jack. My family has been in Springdale since the 1950s. My grandfather ran the old market in town and spent years as a Zion ranger, so this canyon is home, not a vacation pitch.
I fly for a living and spend part of the year in Alaska, which is why the apartment is set up for guests who want to walk into the park, skip the car line, and get on the shuttle. When I’m in town I can usually help with practical stuff: parking, shuttle timing, which trails are crowded that week. When I’m flying, I still answer messages.
You’ll have the whole apartment to yourselves. One parking spot is included; extra spots are limited and extra. No pets. If you need anything before you arrive, send a note. I’ll get you pointed in the right direction.

What makes this property unique

Most “near Zion” listings are a 15- to 40-minute walk or a drive. This one is the walk-in version.
