50m2 apartment in a very nice residence with a large swimming pool, two tennis courts (for a fee) and a large parking. The beach is 800m with foot yacht club.
The terrace allows to have meals enjoying exceptional views of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
Two bedrooms (one double bed in one, two singles in the other) + another open mezzanine. Bathroom and large living room.
