About this property

This home dwelling is over 5000sqf, the air-conditioned 2000sqf+ private upstairs loft portion is for the vacation rental, 1 parking spot on driveway.

Again this is a very unique style home, it has an open concept, only door dividing the loft space is the huge master bedroom glass door, and walls of course, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 pullout sofas, but this place is one of a kind you will not be disappointment. look at photos for the layout.

P.S. Unfortunately I am adamant about not allowing parties at my house. My neighbors don't like the noise or the parking issues and my number one goal is to maintain my relationships with my awesome neighbors. Please don't try to work around this, it is not worth it.

Perfect rental property for a family vacation!

This is a beautiful and spacious home. We were pleased with all that was provided for our use such as cookware, blankets, towels. I loved how there were also things provided for children such as cribs and bath toys. We also found this to be a great location. This house was very close to the beach and also close to a highway! I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Isaac's lovely home in San Diego. Loved the house and its space, the view, the location. Really appreciated our host's attentions to make our stay more comfortable.

Wonderful house in a wonderful location

This house was beautiful, and in an excellent location right next to UCSD. We enjoyed the short walk up to campus and through Revelle College each morning.
