An incredibly charming and quiet neighbourhood yet within 10 minutes walk to pubs, bars and restaurants, supermarkets and Habaneras shopping mall. A safe haven close to everything! Lots of great beaches nearby.
Everything is made to make your stay memorable. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink by the pool or contemplating an exceptional view of the Laguna Rosa.
The house was built with quality and taste in mind (marble, granite and comfortable furniture with top quality materials).
Each bedroom is independent with its own bathroom, one is en-suite.
The whole house is air conditioned in each room with 2 AC independent units.
A professional hard chrome Plancha and BBQ are available to you right by the pool.
Convenient covered carport with a remote controlled garage door.
Unwind in the shade of an upscale beautiful outside lounge, relax around an 8x4 meters private pool or simply enjoy the scenery of the beautifully landscaped garden.

Why they chose this property

Torrevieja has a unique micro climate in Spain with great summers, nice and warm inter seasons and mild winters. We were instantly enchanted by the setting of the house: an unmatched view over Laguna Rosa in an authentic, peaceful neighbourhood, unlike most new urban areas, and a delightful walking access to shopping centres, beaches and the centre of Torrevieja. The wonderful sunsets over the Laguna remind us the 1001 Nights tales of the magical Orient.

What makes this property unique

The house provides 3 independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and built-in closet. Having many patios contributes to a sense of intimacy. The lower level is very spacious and comfortable with its open-plan setting. The exterior lounge is the perfect place to relax after lunch under the patio awnings, or after dinner, under a star-spangled sky. Every day, we particularly enjoy watching the flight of a group of lovely budgies living in the neighborhood.
The location is just great: close to beaches and 12 golf courses around.
