Located at the corner of 7th and Pennsylvania, you are a short walk from all that our beautiful Boulder has to offer... Pearl Street and all of it's fantastic dining, shopping and street entertainment, Alfalfa's, Eben G. Fine Park & Civic Center Park, The Boulder Creek Path, Boulder Farmer's Market, Hiking Trails like Panorama.
Each of our immaculate 2 studio apartments (Studio A: First Flatiron and Studio B: Second Flatiron) accommodates up to two guests comfortably. Each of our 2 studios is designed with you in mind! We have provided a luxurious sleeping space, complete with soothing linens and elegant lighting, dresser storage and ample closet space.
A designated living area is host to plush upholstered chairs, and sumptuous pillows. You will also find a brand new 55' Samsung HD television and blue ray player. Our studios have free Wifi and Comcast Cable included.
Next to the living area is an elegant dining space that comfortably seats four people. Dining in is made easy, as we have provided gorgeous table settings.
Our stunning bathrooms are sparkling.... Just like you would want them. They feature pristine showers (no tub), ample storage filled with luxurious towels, a hair dryer, complimentary soaps, shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, cotton swabs, etc.
We think you'll love your new Boulder home so much that you may never want to leave... And that's okay... We would love to have you stay.
