Typical Tuscany farmhouse 15 minutes from Florence with wonderful views over the Chianti, on vineyards and olive groves, very secluded and quiet, suitable for a romantic and unique stay. The house is furnished in Tuscan style being a former barn, has been recently renovated and is truly a jewel for the interior architecture and for the beautiful view, 75 sqm. It is suitable for 2 people.
Equipped with kitchen and living room all in Tuscan style; There's a table in the aisle under a willow that makes a lot of shade; The garden is very large with wooden table and benches with fruit trees and roses.
A holiday full of relaxation and peace.

The price is for one person, the second pays 30 euros more per day.

Heating is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon checkout.

A car is required; taxis, Uber, or buses are not permitted.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and have already talked about returning here for an anniversary. This house was clean, charming and located in a beautiful area. The views from the property are stunning.

We just stayed 10 nights in the lovely, cozy, characterfull rustic farmhouse for 2. It is a rustic tuscan farmhouse so do not expect a kettle, microwave etc, but that's all part of the charm and experience at this property. The host Mattia was brilliant, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, advising on various places to visit and eat in the area. The views of the Olive groves and vineyards from the farmhouse terrace are incredible. This is such a relaxing and beautiful location to stay at, we would certainly recommend it and would definitely like to come back again in the future. Would like to point out that you definitely need your own transport for staying here and for getting around the area. It's not an easy walk into town or to yhe nearest restaurant.Thank you Mattia for a wonderful stay.

Such a beautiful spot. The apartment was simple but clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Mattea was an excellent host. Provided lots of sight seeing ideas. We stayed in October so nights were quite chilly inside. Would recommend a space heater for the bedroom.

Mattias was a great host. Communivcated with me while I was in the states andupdated us as we got closer to our stay. The Villa is peaceful and tranquil and away from all the hustle and the bustle. We wanted that way to relax at the end of the day. #0 minutes from Florence and You can go to all the small towns in the South within and hour and a half. We had a very enjoyable experience and hope this review helpas in deciding to stay in a Villa that is over 600 years old..P.S. Hot water and electricity were available.....Carlos and Alina
