An elegant kitchen, remodeled living area and master bedroom round out this comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath dog-friendly home. The lower level features a beautiful, modern, and fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, full bathroom, laundry facilities and 1 space in the garage. Upper level has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed (one also has a Double futon), and a full bathroom. The plush Master Suite with King bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower (no tub) and small work space is above the garage but accessible from the main part of the house.
It’s the little things that make a big impact: 60” SmartTV in the living room with Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu, and every bedroom has multiple USB connectors for charging your wireless devices! Relax after a long day in the mountains in the covered hot tub surrounded by snow or play horseshoes in the back yard while you soak in the filtered sun.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
