We have a comfortable property in the renowned AguavivaPark urbanization, we are very close to the Costa Brava, the best beaches in Catalonia and only 10 minutes by car from the property.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds and one double, living room, with connection to the terrace ideal for breakfast with family and groups of friends.

In front of the terrace we have our comfortable private pool.

wonderful stay

We had a pleasant stay in this house in a green setting, the swimming pool was perfect, the host was very welcoming, I highly recommend it for a stay in a calm and peaceful setting.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our vacation at de Costa Brava near Lloret de Mar. The house was clean, well located and had a nice balcony and pool. The check in was easy, although a personal welcome would have been nice.

Very nice hosts

We had a nice stay with lots of joy of the swimming pool. At night the dogs in the surrounding bark a lot.

Super nette Gastgeber und schnuckeliges Haus mit schönem Pool. Die Wohnung liegt in der oberen Etage des Hauses und hat einen schönen großen Balkon. Die Lage ist so gut, dass man, obwohl Hochsommer, auf dem Balkon im Schatten sitzen kann. Der Pool ist zur Alleinnutzung und über eine kleine Treppe und einen Abgang ums Haus gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst, da man nachts alle Fenster auflassen kann und durch die „ bergige“ Lage immer kühle Luft reinkam. Leider ist in Spanien im Sommer Barbecue Verbot aufgrund der erhöhten Brandgefahr. Das ist auf jeden Fall richtig und wichtig, wir wussten das nur leider vorher nicht und als Dauergriller im Urlaub fanden wir es schade. Ein Gasgrill wäre hier eine schöne Alternative. Rundum ein tolles Fleckchen zum Entspannen!

Nice place to stay

Inchecken prima, Ofelia was heel aardig. De keukenfaciliteiten zijn prima, bedden iets aan de harde kant. Blij met de ventilator in het huis, want het kan erg warm zijn. Zwembad heel fijn. Enige nadeel zijn de honden in de buurt, ze kunnen ‘‘s nachts wel eens tekeer gaan. De plek is een fijne uitvalsbasis voor de leuke stadjes in de buurt. Er zijn veel supermarkten op korte afstand. Wifi goed.

Ferienhaus mit kleinen Macken

Lage in Wohnhaussiedlung 10 km vom Strand und Stadtzentrum war ok und von uns so gewollt. Haus ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Pool und Terrasse leider nur über Aussentreppe und Einfahrt erreichbar. Da unsere Tochter nach Unfall nur mit Krücken gehen konnte, war das ein echter Nachteil. Pool war etwas klein und stand durch Nachbars Pinie etwas unter Beschuss. Für eine Woche war die Unterkunft aber ok. Vermieterin wohnt im Haus nebenan - war sehr freundlich.

Séjour reposant.

Nous avons passé une semaine au calme pas loin des plages de la Costa Brava en profitant de la terrasse de la maison et de celle de la piscine, les 2 bien agréables. Jesus et sa famille ont répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et on rendu notre séjour très agréable. Un grand merci.

la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue par le propriétaire. les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et disponible. intérieur un peu vétuste (canapé ...), il manquerait le câble pour les chaines TV française

Très très bon séjour 👌🏼

Nous avons passez un très très bon séjour en famille, c’est une belle propriété avec une très jolie piscine pour s’amuser entre parents et enfants ainsi qu’une cuisine extérieure pour faire de délicieux barbecue au bord de la piscine, les propriétaires eux sont des amours toujours présent et à l’écoute, tout c’est tellement bien passé (d’ailleurs les légumes du jardin sont délicieux😋 encore merci pour se partage) & la ville (Lloret de mar) et a quelque minutes juste top pour les commerces, visiter et y passer des soirées et journées au bord de la mer. Encore merci pour ce séjour et à refaire avec plaisir 👌🏼👌🏼

Belle maison avec tout le confort, piscine top, cuisine extérieure et terrasse top, très belle vue.

Secteur calme, à proximité de tout. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, sympathiques, conviviaux et à l'écoute de la moindre demande. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location, pour passer de superbes vacances en famille.

Très belles vacances dans une maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre

Propriétaires à côté, très gentils et accueillants. Toujours présents pour nous en cas de problèmes ou de questions. Légumes du jardin très bons.😊 Nous avons souffert de la chaleur, la climatisation ou ventilateur auraient peut être été un vrai plus. Par contre pour profiter pleinement de la piscine et de la terrasse (lieux beaux, fonctionnels et reposants) il serait peut être intéressant de louer le rez de chaussée pour plus de proximité et de facilité pour les repas. Il manque un éclairage sur le balcon. Il y avait un problème de fuite d eau dans la salle de bain au niveau de la douche mais qui sera sûrement réparé avant le prochain locataire. Il faudrait penser une autre poubelle car les fourmis sont présentes. Quant aux chiens du voisinage... les propriétaires ne peuvent pas faire grand chose malheureusement. En terme de rangement parfait Literies plutôt bonnes Cuisine fonctionnelle avec du rangement Grand combine Frigo et congélateur. Peut être ajouter quelques couverts pour plus de praticiter. Moustiquaires aux fenêtres parfaites dans toute la maison. Beaucoup de rangement aussi dans la salle de bain.
