About this property

Delightful stone villa with a beautiful swimming pool (12x5 m and deep up from 2.20 m) in a large garden.
In the villa there are 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin with possibility to join the beds, and one with two single beds.
2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
a large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a large American double-door fridge.
The pool is shared with the owners who live in the back of the house.
Guests enjoy their own privacy and have reserved a large part of the garden, with a relaxation area and one equipped for outdoor dining.
The price includes everything, wifi, utilities, linens (kitchen, sheets and towels).
Extra € 100 on arrival and in cash for final cleaning costs

Our guests have access to the whole part of the house dedicated to them includes:
on the ground floor the kitchen and the living room, two spacious, comfortable and very well equipped rooms, beside the garden with the large swimming pool, the relaxation area with a table for outdoor dining, and on the first floor the sleeping area, three bedrooms , one double, one with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed according to your needs and a room with two single beds

The district

The village of Cerasomma is a small hamlet 5 km from Lucca, in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lucca but very close to the walled city, and also to the sea the most elegant of Forte dei Marmi and also to the wilder and more natural Marina di Vecchiano.

From Cerasomma there is a bus that leads to Lucca 4 \ 5 times a day

Idyllic house with gorgeous pool

Giulia's beautiful stone house with its magnificent pool was a wonderful place for our family to spend 4 lovely nights. The house was spotless, had a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen and generous living areas and bedrooms. Our children loved the huge pool and large and shady garden area. Giula was a very helpful and generous host. We would highly recommend this property as an ideal place to spend a few days on the fringes of Tuscany.

Wonderful Hosts and Beautiful Property

Our hosts greeted us so warmly and were very hospitable over our week long stay. The properly was beautifully appointed, comfortable and remarkably spotless. We enjoyed the various amenities, especially the pool which was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Lucca is well situated and many sites are easily accessible from the home. The only downside is that Italy was especially hot this summer and many places, including this one does not have air conditioning. The pool and many fans helped. It was a lovely trip with lovely owners.

A very relaxing property to explore the region, and a wonderful pool area to enjoy.

The lovely old stone house was wonderful and contained all the things that we needed and was very comfortable. It was quite hot when we visited so an air-conditioner would have been a bonus, especially in the bedrooms at night, even though there were ceiling fans. The pool area and grounds were fantastic and very well maintained, and equipped with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. Giulia was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, and assisted with plenty of suggestions for restaurants and things to visit. Thanks again for the wonderful time we had there. We will definitely come back at some point in the future.
