The open plan main living area has two French windows looking out over traditional Niçoise buildings. There is a three seater sofa and a 40″ Plasma TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs provided in French and English. There are also English speaking News Channels and complimentary WIFI.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a new 3 plate glass hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The kitchen is also equipped with a kettle, toaster, and cafetière.
The dining area has a glass four seater dining table and chairs.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a king size wrought iron bed with good quality mattress, a double wardrobe and new oak flooring.
Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with a full sized bath and overhead shower, sink unit and toilet.
