3 Bedroom Air Conditioned Apartment In The Heart Of Old Town Nice

Stay in the heart of Vieux Nice in a spacious 104 m², fully air-conditioned apartment just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

Set on the first floor of a historic Old Town building, the apartment combines original oak beams and tall French windows with modern comforts, three bedrooms and a generous living and dining space.

With cafés, restaurants, markets, boutiques and the Mediterranean on your doorstep, it is an ideal base for families or friends exploring Nice.

Sleeps up to six guests.

THE PROPERTY

At 104 m², the apartment offers considerably more space than you might expect in the heart of Vieux Nice.

The large 40 m² living and dining room is the centre of the apartment, with high oak-beamed ceilings, comfortable seating, dining space for six, a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV and Bose soundbar.

There are three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: king-size bed• Bedroom 2: queen-size bed• Bedroom 3: two single beds

All bedrooms have wardrobe space and air conditioning.

There is one family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, storage and a shaving mirror.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, cafetière, kettle, toaster and blender.

You will also have a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

For families, we can also provide a highchair free of charge and a portable baby bath. A cot is available by advance request.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private use of the entire apartment during their stay.

The apartment is on the first floor of a historic Old Nice building and is accessed by stairs. There is no lift.

Please let Valerie know your expected arrival time in advance. If you are arriving later and Valerie is unable to meet you personally, alternative key collection can be arranged, provided this has been organised with Valerie beforehand.

Please keep her updated if your arrival time changes or your journey is delayed.

Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout is by 11:00.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We want guests to feel comfortable and well looked after while still enjoying complete privacy during their stay.

Our English- and French-speaking local property manager, Valerie, will arrange check-in and will be your local point of contact during your stay if you need assistance.

We are also available through Vrbo messaging and are always happy to help with questions before or during your visit.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

The apartment is right in the heart of Vieux Nice, which is one of its biggest advantages. Restaurants, cafés, shops, markets and the life of the Old Town are immediately outside, and the beach and Promenade des Anglais are less than five minutes away on foot.

As with many properties in such a central historic location, some street noise can occasionally be heard. Early-morning rubbish and recycling collections are also part of everyday life in the Old Town.

If complete silence is important to you, a property outside the centre may be more suitable. If you want to step outside and immediately find yourself immersed in Nice, the location is difficult to beat.

Please also note that the apartment has one bathroom for up to six guests and there is no lift.

Please take particular care of the apartment keys. Lost keys will be charged at the full cost of changing the lock, with any reimbursement handled through Vrbo.
