superb location. a real hidden gem

wonderful stay. Owner very helpful and useful to have a concierge locally. Good space and light. Wonderfully located within a short walk into the harbour and la cible beach.

A lovely house in fantastic location. We loved how peaceful it was, and yet so close to the centre of St Martin just a few minutes walk away. The children really enjoyed using the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing in the outside space. Would definitely recommend, and hope to return.

Holiday with adult family

A great property on a quiet street a short walk to the centre of St Martin de Re.lovely garden space and nice sized pool with great outside area not overlooked. Really loved it!! A gorgeous home with comfortable beds. The agent was easy to reach and attentive to any needs. Thank you. We will be back.

Fabulous Relaxing Week

Maison Fleurie was the perfect setting for a relaxed holiday. It was ideally situated on the outskirts of St Martin in a quiet area with easy cycling access to the rest of the island. The property was beautifully presented and comfortable, well equipped with cooking basics provided and very clean. The pool was a good size with some floats to enjoy and the table tennis a bonus. Communication with both the owner and local agent was swift and informative. I would highly recommend.

Déception...

Un séjour qui nous coûtait plus que trois mille € la semaine hors saison. Je me permets de dire que pour un loyer de cette somme, on peut s’attendre de séjourner dans une maison propre et impeccable. Ce qui n’était pas le cas du tout. A plusieurs endroits (plaque de cuisson, table dans salle à manger, barbecue, frigo, etc) la maison était dans un état crasseux. Quand on posait un verre sur la table du salon, le verre y restait collé. Les rideaux dans les petites chambres étaient à moitié fixées, le nettoyage du barbecue était commencé mais pas terminé. Les produits de nettoyage trainait encore sur la terrasse. Plusieurs empoules de luminaires ne fonctioonaient pas ou manquaient même. La liste est longue, le nettoyage avant notre arrivée était superficielle et la maison était laisser dans un état négligé. D’autant plus l’accueil était même inexistant. Madame Swannie, responsable ne se montrait pas et même à notre départ elle ne jugeait pas nécessaire de se déplacer. Aux questions posées concernant la maison, elle ne répondait pas, ou dans un délai de 3 jours. La cuisine était souséquipée et mal organisée Nous avons passé beaucoup de vacances à l’Ile de Ré, mais celle-ci était la plus décevante et je dois exprimer notre mécontentement.

Ce visiteur ne donne pas une représentation juste ou véridique de la maison. - Nous louons la maison depuis 14 ans et avons tout le temps des avis 5*, avec des expériences clients positives - La maison est nettoyée chaque semaine, avec des nettoyages en profondeur en début et en fin de saison. - Les allégations des clients concernant les zones impures sont totalement sans fondement. - Nous avons une équipe sur le terrain joignable 24 heures sur 24. - Le client ne nous a donné aucun contact pendant son séjour, n'a signalé aucun problème d'entretien ni demandé de nettoyage supplémentaire. - Certains clients essaient de présenter une image négative pour soutirer de l'argent aux hôtes après leur séjour, mais nous disons non au chantage. - Nous disposons d'un service d'accueil, mais si les invités arrivent avec 2 heures de retard sans nous contacter, nous devons alors leur laisser les clés. - Le prix est le tarif en vigueur pour une maison de 4 chambres avec piscine et parking à st martin de ré. Ni le plus cher, ni le moins cher. - Il y avait 2 ampoules qui devaient être remplacées, elles le sont maintenant. - Notre site internet détaille tous nos équipements de cuisine, tout est vérifié 3/4 fois par an, il est très bien équipé.

Génial !!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines exceptionnelles dans la maison fleurie . La piscine est top et la maison très bien. Nous reviendrons prochainement. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles . Et la conciergerie est également très bien et très réactive . Super séjour ! Nous recommandons cette maison a 200%

Délicieuse maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût.

Merveilleuse expérience. La maison, le jardin, l'emplacement tout était parfait. Le soleil rentre dans la maison, on fait les courses à pied, aucun défaut, notre semaine de vacances était divine !

Agréable maison idéalement située

La maison était conforme à nos attentes; Très propre et idéalement située. Nous y avons passé 3 semaines sans jamais utiliser la voiture. Tous se fait en vélo et la proximité des pistes pour découvrir l'Ile de Ré est idéale. Les échanges avec Anne Marie ont été parfaits et l'accueil par Max parfait également Il a su répondre très rapidement à nos questions. Nous réserverons à nouveau Villa Fleurie c'est un Enchantement !

Très belle maison

Voilà déjà une dizaine d'années que nous louons sur l'île de Ré, c'est la plus belle maison que nous ayons eue, très bien aménagée, très bien décorée, très bien équipée, très bien située. On s'y sent comme chez soi dans un petit coin de paradis. Je la recommande vivement !

Maison Fleurie is a magic holiday house

Very comfortable, great kitchen/dining/sitting area. Two sitting out areas so you can capture the early and late sun. Wonderful pool. And top of all that within a short walk of the St Martin harbour with loads of great places to eat and drink. On top of all that there is the rest of the island to explore with beaches for all. The boys went surfing, Max's Aussie girlfriend was slightly dismissive of the waves but we thought she was being a bit picky. Great place for a holiday. We hope to return,

A great house for a family holiday

Stayed here with our daughter and family, including 2 young grandchildren We had a fabulous week at Maison Fleurie. a very good location within walking distance of the town centre (although we almost always cycled), but quiet. Exceptionally homely and well equipped kitchen, while the heated pool, table tennis table and games drawer provided plenty of entertainment for all of us. Anne-Marie was responsive and helpful in all our correspondence with her too. We would love to return.

A beautiful place to stay in St Martin de Ré

Spent a couple of weeks in this wonderfully located house in St Martin de Re. The house is close to the town and La Cible beach. With easy access to the cycle paths and pretty simple to get to all the local towns on bike. The house itself is very private, well decorated and with plenty of outside space. The kitchen and barbeque area are well equipped. The kids loved the pool and we will most certainly come back.
