Completely renovated apartment (2017) of 50 m2 of 2 rooms with covered veranda on garden of 130 m2 overlooking the Giscle, with a mooring of 8 meters. It consists of an entrance with washer dryer, a bathroom with toilet, a room with 2 beds of 90 x 200 garden side and a ceiling fan, an American kitchen. It is equipped with new: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, espresso combined coffee maker and filter, kettle, toaster. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV + box internet and ceiling fan. The veranda has a sofa (2 beds 80 cms wide x 200 cms) + fan on foot. The apartment is cool in summer. It does not need air conditioning. There is a garden furniture including chairs, deck chairs, table and large umbrella. The garden of 130 M2 is equipped with a platform shower and night lighting for evenings. A private parking space is nearby. Access to St Tropez can be done by boat (shuttle on the harbor side) with connection to St Raphael Shops nearby .

Boat at the end of the garden
This was a perfect setting for us to bring our boat from the UK and enjoy the marvellous boating on the gulf of St Tropez. The apartment is compact and really only suits two. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refurbished to a good standard with high quality electrical goods. The garden is south facing and leads down to the riverside with good sun and al fresco eating facilities.
For us some improvement to the furniture would be beneficial. I wasn’t expecting to share the mooring with the owner’s sailing boat and tender.
We had problems with boat trailer storage resolved by SMN just opposite.
Owners very supportive first 24h helping with this.
Private parking space for one car.
Overall this was a very special visit for us and if you want to bring your boat to the very interesting setting of Port Grimaud this is a relaxed and quite comfortable place to rent. Our first experience of coming to the Med with our boat and we will be back!
Hotes tres sympathique, l appartement est simple mais hyper équipé, rien ne nous a manqué. Le jardin est magnifique avec une vue superbe. L endroit est calme et reposant, hyper bien situé. La plage toute proche. Vraiment rien a redire. Nous aurions du prendre 2 semaines c est notre seul tegretregret.
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Garten.
Frühstücken direkt am Kanal und die ausfahrenden Boote beobachten. Dank den Fahrrädern ist man auch schnell in Port Grimaud wo die Restaurants sind.

A lovely, well appointed and comfortable place for a holiday
Small but lovely, recently modernized apartment. The owners are charming and very helpful. It is nicely appointed with a modern open plan living area/kitchen with all the modern appliances you could want. As the space is not large, some of the appliances are also correspondingly small but very useful and practical. A nice induction 3 ring cook top that is very responsive to heat setting changes, a small micro wave oven, and a full electric oven as well. Good extractor fan to suck out cooking aromas, toaster, Krups pod espresso maker, Magimix dual espresso and drip coffee maker so you can use your own choice of coffee, tall refrigerator and freezer below in nice stainless steel with a lot of storage. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils for the serious cook.
There is a big screen TV with many different language stations, decent wifi. Small but modern and well appointed bathroom with spacious shower with "rain fall" top head as well as hand shower set a bit lower and detachable. Good and plentiful hot water and a combo washer/dryer in the front hall closet. Nice wood floor look ceramic flooring, firmish master bed of two twin mattresses and hanging closet with rod and shelves. Not a lot of storage but very well maximized for the space involved. The living area has a comfortable convertible to a bed sofa and a swiveling chair. The kitchen breakfast counter has two stools.
A lovely patio-door-enclosed sun room with a convertible day bed and oval dining table with 4 chairs. All windows have fly screens and the sun room has a fine mesh curtain to help keep flies out as well. The living area and the master bedroom both have combo ceiling lights and cooling fans, very much appreciated! No A/C.
The nice grassy back yard has two extended arm sun umbrellas, a Grossflex type dining table and two matching chairs while down at the dock there is a paving stoned patio with 2 nice chaises longues and a bamboo table & 4 matching chairs so you can watch the boats float by as you eat or enjoy a coffee or tea.
When you arrive, there is a guard booth to navigate so have your reservation confirmation to get waved through. There is also a security barrier just before you get to the apartment. The owners supply a sticker for the entry guard booth for subsequent access and a remote clicker for the barrier.
There is a nice restaurant, La Calypso, just across the marine boat yard, a 3 minute walk. All in all a lovely place for a holiday.

Beautiful apartment
A lovely apartment,with all facilities available and well looked after.What we particularly liked was the fact that it contained personal items of the owners ( such as books,trinkets etc) and was not just a " clean rental place" it was more like a " home".
Very modern and well equipped kitchen.
Pretty garden,very peaceful surroundings.We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the garden in the early afternoon and watching the boats sail by.
The apartment is located in a very secure location,only 5 minutes walk to the beach.
We can highly recommend it.
