Well look no further!!!! You have found vacation paradise with our home!

Welcome to our home away from home at Regal Palms Resort and Spa in sunny Davenport, FL! Our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 1856 sq ft townhome (the largest model at the resort) is well equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway! There are two master bedrooms each with their own ensuites – one on the main level with a queen sized bed, and the second on the upper level with a king sized bed and balcony overlooking the nearby pond and fountain. The other two bedrooms upstairs have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have new mattresses, new linens and pillows, and flat screen tvs. Our super clean house is completely tiled downstairs and has new plush carpeting (replaced 2022!) upstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of glasses, dishes, cookware, bakeware and silverware as well as a toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, tea kettle, blender, ice maker, cd player with radio, dishwasher and microwave. There is a flat screen tv in the living area with a DVD player, board games and lots of books, lots of comfortable seating, dining table for six people, and a powder room on the main level. The home is fully air conditioned and also has free, fast, secure wi-fi throughout. There is a large patio on the main level for enjoying early morning coffees or a cold one in the evening after a busy day out. Full size washer and dryer located on the upper level of the home for your convenience. All towels and linens are provided. We also supply a playard (playpen), stroller, and high chair if needed! Plus a cooler and beach umbrellas if you're going to the beach! There is parking for two vehicles at the front of the house.

There are almost 600 units at the Regal Palms resort. Our home is located close to the pool complex (less than a five minute walk away!). It is an end unit at a quiet intersection with no neighbours on one side for extra privacy. It is right next to the pond and water fountain, as well as two of the four barbeque locations provided by the resort for its guests’ use.

Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highland’s Reserve is centrally located in Davenport, FL. The gated resort is known for its two and a half acre tropical swimming oasis which includes a large pool, zero depth entry wading pool, lazy river, water slide, playground, and hot tub. All pools are heated and stay open until 11pm every night. There is also a tiki bar, volleyball court, outdoor pool table, lounge chairs, and tables with umbrellas. A restaurant is on site for eating in or taking out, as well as an arcade / games place for the little ones, and an ice cream shop. There is also a full service spa, fitness centre, and business centre on site! Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Resort check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am.

Regal Palms is close to all major attractions in central Florida! This family friendly resort is just off of US Highway 27 (2 miles south of Hwy 192 and 4 miles north of Interstate 4). It is only about 8 miles to Walt Disney World, 12 miles to Old Town, 19 miles to SeaWorld, 21 miles to Gatorland, 22 miles to Universal Studios, and 28 miles from Legoland. An hour west and you are at the Gulf of Mexico, and an hour east you are at the Atlantic Ocean. We are approximately forty minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

If golfing is what you are looking to do, Regal Palms is adjacent to The Highlands Reserve golf club and a short drive away from many other popular central Florida courses. If shopping is more your style, Regal Palms is a short drive away from both of Orlando’s Premium Outlets locations, as well as Lake Buena Vista factory stores, the Florida Mall, and the Mall at Millenia! Nearby amenities include a Publix supermarket, CVS drug store, liquor store, bank, Dollar Tree, Applebee’s restaurant, British pub, and hair salon, among others. A short drive north will bring you to more stores including a super Walmart and Lowes.
RESORT FEE: Please note that the total costs quoted only relate to the total fees for the house itself. The resort charges $20.00 per day plus 12% tax ($22.40 per day which covers all guests). This fee allows unlimited access to all facilities. The resort fee is payable to the resort upon arrival. Treatments at the spa and beauty salon, as well as the use of arcade machines, and ice cream shop, incur additional charges.
