This place was perfect. It was clean, furniture was comfortable. The host was friendly, and always quick to respond. The pool area was lovely and the restaurant on the grounds was good as well. Staff were friendly.

Felt like home! Comfortable beds, more than enough space, great water pressure in the showers (I know, weird thing to mention lol), fully equipped kitchen, just great lodging overall. Wish we spent more time enjoying the amenities offered at the resort because the pool area was awesome!

We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament and a week after. It was a great location, close to everything and we all enjoyed our stay.

A totally complete offering with activities for all ages and abilities, spectacular amenities, and friendly and caring people. Our hosts were responsive and attentive. The location is wonderful with access to the great theme parks of Orlando as well as Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and other great things to see and do. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely amazing.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. Josh is amazing. We ran into a medical emergency towards the end of our stay and they allowed us to stay longer so we wouldn’t have to move the kids to another place. We will definitely be staying again in the future. 10 out 10 would recommend to everyone else!!!

Very enjoyable week!

Nice rental unit in a gated community, convenient to shopping areas. Very comfortable beds! Kitchen well appointed and everything worked. Pool area is great for families with younger children, but gets crowded at peak times of the day (our stay coincided with Spring Break so that could be why!). Overall it was “as advertised” and served our needs quite well!

Very Clean Home

House is very clean and has all the amenities needed. Had a bit of trouble upon checking in, as it showed we were already checked in and it took about 30 minutes to resolve. But it was a simple clerical error and after that all was great!

Good for family

While it was not 30 minutes but an hour to universal each day no matter the time of day or which way you were coming it was a nice house. The checking process was not that great, but the pool was nice. There was plenty of food options and room in the house. Make sure to purchase your toiletries, utensils, and other supplies. There was great tvs and washer and dryer. Besides being far from parks it was a nice vacation rental

Convenient Location to Orlando Sites

Overall, the resort was fine. However, we have some comments on the specific unit we stayed in. The batteries in the living room remote were corroded and there was no instructions on how to operate the ROKU tv. There was no extra rolls of toilet paper in the facility; one of the pans needs tossed due to flaking off; an allen wrench is needed to tighten the bunk bed and extra fans are needed in the rooms with no fans.

Resoert is fine,as long as there are no problems

We enjoyed the property. Beds are very comfy, the property is squeaky clean and mostly well appointed. The downside is that we had an A/C outage and the property manager communication was very spotty. We were without AC for one miserable night and didn't know if their maintenace man was going to show up or not. He did, but we did not know when he was coming....we just had a knock on the door and there he was. Good thing we were there. The other issues that could be improved are garbage...three trash bags are provided, that is it. Also, three dishwasher tabs, that is it. There is no dish soap and no paper towels. All in all, an enjoyable stay (outside one very hot night). There are a few things that could be tuned up but we did enjoy the resort.

We had a wonderful week at this resort. There are plenty of activities to do around the campus. The pools are well kept, and there was plenty of chairs to lounge about. It's about 45-90 minutes from the parks depending on traffic (Disney is closer). The condo itself was clean and comfortable. You will need to bring your own items; ie, detergent, soap, tissues, but there is a Publix right around the corner! Highly recommend this spot!

FIVE STAR STAY CLOSE TO DISNEY!!

EXCELLENT PROPERTY WITH ALL THE AMENITIES OF HOME AND RESORT COMBINED!! If your looking for a home close to Disney with Resort features this is it our family really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for a well kept home with super comfortable bedding and wonderful decor!!

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. The property was nice and clean. The lazy river was a nice way to end long days at the parks. Owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Calabria stay

The property is an easy walk to the pool. The bedrooms are all upstairs leaving a nice living area downstairs. We stayed for two months with no issues and neighbors were very quiet. The resort could use some TLC and hopefully that will happen soon Thank you Sandy L

Lovely Neighborhood and Location

We had a wonderful time here! It's my third time at Regal Palms and the lovely neighborhood never disappoints. Our apartment was clean, roomy, and beautiful. I also absolutely love the pool area. I spoke a bit with the apartment owner to ask a question and she was very polite and friendly. Overall would highly recommend this place.
