You will feel at home in our newly renovated and beautifully decorated condominium with glazed kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, heart pine ceilings, porcelain tiles, custom draperies, and not to mention crown moldings throughout.

Enjoy the convenience of the first floor with views you normally get from only the second floor and above. Step only 20 yards from your balcony to the pool or just 30 yards to the beach crosswalk. No more carrying chairs, towels, and beach toys up long flights of stairs or waiting on busy elevators. This condominium is located in the middle of Fernandina Beach convenient to many popular restaurants and just a short walk to the island's famous 'Surf Restaurant' (Outdoor restaurant with live music and tiki bar). We are only minutes from the beautiful historic downtown Fernandina where there are many specialty shops, around the corner from many championship golf courses, and just thirty minutes from Jacksonville.

This unit has two bedrooms and two baths with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet in the master suite, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Master suite bedroom has Smart TV and including the Den TV. This unit can comfortably sleep up to eight people. Whether golf, shopping, sunbathing, surfing, fishing, or just relaxing by the beach is your favorite activity; The Pristine Beaches of Amelia Island is the place for you. This is a beautiful condo convenientlu located on the beach. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds in every room. The unit was very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came with my daughter, son in law, and our 9 month old grandson. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite part was its first floor location… super easy access to the pool and the beach. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

We brought our family with 3 kiddos ages 2-7 and this was a perfect rental for our family. Everything as described, the biggest win for our family was all the beach chairs and toys available to use - hours of endless play on the beach, a minute away from the condo! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house on Amelia Island! The location is fantastic, right next to the pool and just steps from the beach. Weekdays were very quiet and peaceful, while weekends had a bit more activity but still enjoyable. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated how many attractions, shops, and restaurants were within a 20–30 minute drive. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up booking an additional night last minute! The only drawback was that the outdoor water had a strong sulfur smell, so rinsing off after the beach left us smelling like eggs. Other than that, it was a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

I am teacher at heart! My husband and I grew up loving Amelia Island. Our dream was to one day own property there and create a beautiful place for people to have a Great getaway to relax!

Why they chose this property

Amelia Island is a very Special place to relax and unwind. You don’t get closer to the ocean than this! We are on the 1st floor so no stairs and a BEAUTIFUL view! That's why this property is the BEST around! As soon as you open the front door you will see the beach waves rolling in. You can lay on the master bed and watch the waves roll in as well. Furthermore, if you would like you can open the blackout draperies and be greeted by the rising sun....it is truly breath taken! We fill that we have a piece of HEAVEN on earth!
Also, we are just minutes away from the must see historic downtown. At night the glistening lights amongst the oak trees, brick roads and the most amazing restaurants is just what will cap your day off!

1st floor unit...... condos were built 1 floor up so you have Amazing views without stairs or elevators to deal with!
