• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Quick drive to the Beach Club in 3 minutes, or to the seasonal Beach Trolley lot. Please read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak, just off the Fraser Circle. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

Wonderful Family Vacation

House was really nice, clean, well decorated, fully stocked with all the essentials, and a perfect layout to enjoy our HHI vacation. We loved the pool and Sea Pines location. We rented bikes and loved being able to bike to Harbour Town or to enjoy the trails. We will be back!

Fun Harbour Town Experience

It was a very nice property! Just what we wanted for our kids(young adults) to be able to ride bikes to Harbour Town whenever they wanted. Definitely had everything you could think of.

Great vacation

We chose HHI as our spring break destination. We wanted a home with a heated pool so that we could ensure social distancing and knew we would be doing a lot of other outdoor activities that would safe. This is house is beautiful - especially loved all of the glass, which made for nice views of our surroundings - and, it is equipped with everything we needed for the week. We would definitely book here again!

This property was just as described. The check-in process was easy, and the property managers were very responsive and welcoming. Lovely home with all the amenities you could think of. Fabulous, relaxing long weekend

We felt welcomed, and completely comfortable during our whole trip. The check-in process was seamless and we were in the house by 4:15pm. The house was spotless, clean and all amenities included. A nice welcome note and goodies was a welcome surprise. We thought there was an issue with the pool, which our family enjoyed immensely, but it turned out to be nothing - Beverly investigated the outside and pool heater after 7pm on a Saturday to verify. We ended up extending our stay by one day, would have done longer if they had availability!

Fabulous House close to Harbor Town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having owned a home in Sea Pines for the last 50+ years I'd say this older but updated home was perfect for our family get together. The decorating was fabulous and the kitchen has everything you might need. The little touches were fantastic- music playlists, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The only issue we had was the hot water heater. All 6 of us could not take a shower before dinner, had to stagger them. Not sure if this is a consistent issue, but after first night we staggered best we could. The communication with Bestnest was also very very good. I would definitely recommend this house for your next Sea Pines stay.
